Que dire... appartement super avec une terrasse incroyable, beaucoup mieux que sur les photos !! la vue et vraiment chouette vue sur la mer d'un côté et de l'autre vue sur la rue principale avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin à vos pieds !! plage, barre, restaurant et boutique souvenir. L''appartement était super propre, les draps les essuies de bain tout sentait super bon et il y avait bien plus que le nécessaire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et de plus le propriétaire et super sympa... This place is a rare gem 💎 the fact that you are a few steps from a beach where you are almost alone is wonderful in the beginning of June. The veranda of the home is perfect for breakfast and dinner or the casual chill out when the heat rises. Bear in mind to bring shoes for the water as it has rocks. But there is a little path to go without issues - Crystal clear water. 🏖️ If you are with a child or two … why not four :) then this is the place to stay. The home is built around the concept of “vacation with children” - toys, house amenities all considered for the little ones. 🧸 The place is 10-15 min walking distance from places to eat and it is away from noise. Supermarkets are also near for convenience. The hosts are super responsive and when we had troubles with our little one they were extremely careful and supportive. Overall we found our dream home away from home in Platamonas. We would definitely come back again!

That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

wonderful location, metres away from the beach. easy to go for a swim anytime of the day. the beach is with stones, but very clean, we saw plenty of sea urchins and fishes. the flat was clean and it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lina was very thoughtful and left things like salt, pepper, oil for us to use which is great when on holiday and you want to make a quick salad 🤗 we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Lina for hosting us.

Wurden bei Ankunft sehr nett vom Schwiegervater auf Deutsch begrüßt. Dieser zeigte uns die Wohnung und war bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist schön und alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

The apartment is located in an amazing spot, one minute walk from the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. Kiki is extremely nice and responsive! We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Such a nice place. Clean, nice bedrooms, privet bathrooms, easygoing people. The place can host 12 visitors- we were 7- but there was place for 12. It’s the perfect place for a group of travellers with various destinations for daily trips.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vaios’s and would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in the Leptokarya! Vaios and Maria were both incredibly responsive and we were so grateful for their flexibility with check in and check out times. Apartment was spacious and spotless and really felt homey. The only thing we noticed was a shortage of some kitchen utensils but nothing we couldn’t work around. When mentioned to Vaios he offered immediately to fix it which was more than appreciated.

Quiet neighbourhood close to a small park with a church, but not far to walk to the main street of town. A full, well-equipped apartment with two balconies. Host responsive to queries. Detergent for the washing machine was supplied, and there is a drying rack on the balcony outside the bedroom.

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It’s very spacious, cozy, and really, really clean. You have everything you need – the kitchen is very well equipped, with all possible amenities. There are 2 bathrooms which is very convenient when you have kids 😊 There were also a washing, and a dryer machines. The apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful view. Aristidis is a nice and very helpful host. He gave us very useful information about the supermarkets, best restaurants, and bakery in the area. Also, he responded very fast to all our questions. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car. It’s not crowded, with fine sand and crystal water.

First of all house was really tidy and clean. Everything they are promised was working( internet,air conditioner..). Maria and her husband welcomed us told us everything about the house. They are really helpfull and good persons. This is a apartment you can stay as a family of 4 with comfort and we didn’t had any problem. Apart from that I want to thank to thank maria, her husband and dmitris( who is a estate agent chalkidiki and helped us with the landlords) for being such hepful persons. Our car wasn’t working and they even helped us to find a new battery for our car. Locals tried to help us too it is a good neighboorhood.I definetly reccommend everyone to stay here enjoy a good holiday.

Great location in the city center, close to shops and restaurants. I was able to park easily right next to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Great host.

Μακάρι να μπορούσα να βάλω βαθμολογία πάνω από 5 αστέρια! Πρόκειται για άψογο κατάλυμα, πεντακάθαρο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για μια άνετη διαμονή, ευρύχωρο (είμαστε 5 άτομα), με φιλικους οικοδεσπότες οι οποίοι μας είχαν κ διάφορα φαγώσιμα καλουδια ως καλωσόρισμα! Προς μεγάλη μου έκπληξη βρέθηκα σε ένα κατάλυμα που ήταν πολύ περισσότερα από όσα είχα δει στις φωτογραφίες κ είχα διαβάσει στις παροχές. Αξίζει κάθε ευρώ χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!!

Athina hat uns herzlich an ihrer Unterkunft in Empfang genommen. Direkt hinter dem Haus gab es einen Parkplatz, so musste man keinen Parkplatz suchen. Athina zeigte uns Ihr Appartement, welches genauso aussieht wie auf den Bildern. Klein aber fein und für ein paar Tage total ausreichen. Athina reagiert sofort wenn man sie auf ein Problem ansprach. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder besuchen.

Οι οικοδεσπότες μας υποδέχτηκαν στον χώρο, είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι και είχαν τον χώρο προσεγμένο και καθαρό, σαν να είχαμε επισκεφτεί ενα πραγματικό σπίτι στο χωριό και όχι ένα τυποποιημένο κατάλυμμα. Φαίνεται ότι προσπαθούν για την καλύτερη εμπειρία, είχαν αφήσει κρύα νερά και φρούτα στο ψυγείο, επικοινωνούσαν άμεσα και μας βοηθήσανε σε ότι χρειάστηκε.

Stylianos was very easy to communicate with, and all the instructions were clear. The location was excellent, the street was quiet while being right in the center of Litochoro, less than a minute walk from the central park. There were plenty of food options and coffees right in the corner. The apartment was small, but the functionality was impressive: it had everything we needed and it was easy to cook, eat, chill, relax etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung in Paralia war sehr schön, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Man ist mit dieser Wohnung nicht direkt im Trubel aber man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell an der Promenade mit Geschäften und Tavernen. Parkplatz für unser Auto war auch immer auf der Straße gegeben. Paralia selber ist ein sehr lebhafter Ort mit weiten Stränden, vielen Touristenangeboten und internationalen Besuchern. Wer mit einem Auto flexibel ist, dem stehen diverse Ausflugsziele frei und kann die schöne Region erkunden. Bei Fragen und Wünschen war Tobias immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell reagiert.

Ήταν όλα τέλεια! Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με άνετο πάρκινγκ και ωραία θέα.

The perfect destination for a family vacation on the beach! The apartment was very clean, everything was as described, the hosts were very friendly and responsible. The beach is only 5 min-walk away. My family and I had a great time!
