House holiday rentals in Little Battaleys

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting and is only a short drive away from lovely local beaches (l’d say a car is a must). Comfy beds, everything working, responsive hosts, peaceful ambiance. It was just perfect for us and we definitely consider returning.

10000/10, I don’t think enough words can even describe how Hazel and Tim made my sisters and I feel during our stay. From the welcome basket to the daily check ins to the cater birthday dinner, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional and we appreciated that very much. The location of the house made it easy for us to navigate around the island without too much worries, prime location to several beaches, activities, and restaurants.

It would be easy to end up in the wrong area or with a bland villa in Barbados, but Mustard Seed is ideal on both counts. Sally at Chestertons was extremely helpful, this is not the cheapest holiday, but you definitely get what you pay for. Everything was made safe for children - we had a toddler in the group - and the very well appointed rooms had quirkiness and an authentic tropics vibe. Walkable excellent beach and restaurants, but I would recommend the concierge service for airport transfers, initial food shopping and car hire. You're better with your own car. Great holiday, great villa, great host.

Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

This is my second visit and I can't wait to return. The Villa is a home with space and everything one could possibly need. So close to the beach and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and quiet.

We had a great trip to Barbados and loved staying at Ocean Mist. The villa is just as gorgeous as the pictures and the views of the ocean are incredible. We had 9 women on a girls trip and there was so much space for us to hangout. The air conditioning worked extremely well for a house as large as Ocean Mist. The pool is ginormous and there were some floaties to use. We loved the privacy of the location but it can be a bit hidden so ask your host for directions rather than having the taxi follow Google/Apple maps. Would definitely stay here again!

_The villa is conveniently situated in the northern part of the island, featuring 24-hour security, shuttle ride or free parking by the beach, free towels and chairs, big community pool and other amenities. Our group of eight, including four children, had an excellent time despite challenging weather conditions. The management team was proactive, placing sandbags and providing extra flashlights to cope with Hurricane Beryl. They were always just a text or call away, assisting with pool timer adjustments, sending technicians for minor repairs, and rearranging cleaning schedules due to the hurricane. Moreover, we had no issues with the internet, kitchen appliances & utensils, towels, or insects which we have faced with other rentals in the past. Finally one area for improvement is mosquito control; while they provided measures for protection, the mosquitoes were many and persistent. We’re so glad we chose to stay at this stunning villa in such a prime location in Barbados. Just minutes away from Alleynes Bay and several other breathtakingly clear beaches, it truly couldn’t have been more ideal. The villa itself was beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. Our hosts were incredibly responsive, offered fantastic recommendations, and went out of their way to make our stay special. The villa is situated in a modern, safe, and beautifully developed community built by some of Barbados’ finest builders. If you’re planning a trip to Barbados, don’t think twice, this is the perfect place to stay!

Stacey's holiday home very near to Hole-town and has everything you need, comfortable and an ideal base for a stay local to Hole-town, with a bus stop at the end of the road it made getting around easy. The kitchen is really well equipped and with the combination of the smart TV allows flexibility for staying in to eat, watching a film, or sitting out on the balcony (the balcony does not have any views but is very quiet, and still a lovely space to sit and chat, play cards or games and enjoy a drink ) There is a pool outside the front door and only used by the other attached holiday homes, there are only a handful of holiday homes in this complex and used by adults only, so our stay was so restful and quiet. We love staying at Fabio's place and are returning guests. This beautiful apartment is well-equipped and maintained. We appreciate the fully functional kitchen enabling us to easily prepare meals. We look forward to returning!

Our hosts picked us up from the airport and we were immediately charmed by their warmth which made us feel like family. They even took us shopping for any necessities that we might need. Once we arrived at the home, we fell in love with the place. Not only was the décor lovely, but being a bit of a clean freak... I was very happy to find the home so incredibly clean. Amenities were perfect.. with the hosts thinking of just about everything we would need for our stay. The location was perfect for us, since we rented a car. Driving was a bit of a challenge though..at first.. lol. Beds were super comfortable.. and both room had its own washroom.. which was ideal for us. I cannot say enough of how lovely these hosts were to us. Took us back to the airport for our departure and made sure us and all our luggage were checked in safely. Stayed for 10 days and highly recommend this home and hosts. The only note is that you will need a car to get around.. but hosts have recommendations.

Lovely stay at Ginne’s place. Beautiful ocean views from the patio, made drinking our morning coffee enjoyable. Close distance to the beach. Easy to drive to other destinations around the island from the location. Ginne was responsive whenever we reached out and the place was spotless. We felt safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Our stay at Kimberly’s property was exceptional. The location is ideal for relaxation and offers beautiful views. We valued the tranquility and the proximity to local attractions. Kimberley's attention to detail in ensuring her guests' comfort truly sets this property apart. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway combined with natural beauty. Observing the monkeys each morning was an added delight.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dario's Airbnb in Speightstown! The property was clean and comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. Located on a quiet, colourful street only a short walk to the beach, and with plenty of restaurants near by this Airbnb was ideal. The property was very well maintained with a beautiful garden in the front, and mango tree in the back offering plenty of space to relax in peace in the sun or shade. The outdoor shower and drying lines were much appreciated on return from the beach. Dario was friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The Banks and snacks upon arrival were a lovely bonus treat! We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway!

Great holiday, the location was very relaxing and never busy around the pool. The location was a 2 minute walk to the main road to catch a bus to go north or south to towns or beaches. Easy walk to Mullins beach and a closer beach is a 5 minute walk. The Rubis minimart & gas station is a 4 minute walk which is convenient and on the way to Mullins beach. We are already discussing a return to this location and maybe bring friends and get a 2 bedroom unit.

I am so glad that we chose to stay here! Everything pictured online is exactly what you see in person. The home was very welcoming, comfortable, and was in a peaceful location. The pool was great! The host Lorraine was available to answer all my questions and concerns at all times and Jan the property manager was a pleasure to deal with and available as well when we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be going back to Barbados in the future and would for sure book with Lorraine again. Thank you so much!

33 Westmoreland was excellent – just as described. It was a picturesque, spacious, and comfortable space, with plenty of room throughout and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. I’d absolutely recommend it to friends. Carla was a fantastic host – warm, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues within 15 minutes. She checked in to ensure we were comfortable and was always available if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Michelle and Pia's Blue Shells was amazing as always. We have stayed here multiple times and loved it every time. Great snorkeling + amazing views + R&JJ's Jamaican Jerk steps away = AMAZING!!! We look forward to staying here again the next time that we are back on Barbados.

This was a great place to stay for 8 nights for two people. The private yard in the back was quiet and a great place to hang out, and the barbecue was a nice bonus. The apartment is in a very walkable location with the grocery store a 5-10 minute walk, and the included beach club even closer - also close to Holetown Beach which is incredible. Caroline and Benoit were very quick to respond to questions and all instructions were very clear. The apartment was very well stocked, and the kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pan, eating and cooking utensils - we found everything we needed. The washing machine was convenient to have available. The bedroom was a bit bigger than expected and there was plenty of room along one wall to store luggage. Air conditioning in both rooms which was great, many rentals in the area only have this in the bedroom. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

One of the best places to stay in Barbados on my view. Such an organised host, nothing can go wrong as there is an incredible team working with Rob & Lucy. From the cleaner, the gardener and the incredible property management. Very grateful to have been able to stay at this lovely place. Serious thought and consideration has gone in to this property. We had a wonderful stay at Joanna’s villa. The location felt very safe and peaceful, just a 5-minute walk to Mullins Beach. The villa was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed – including a lovely pool we used often. All bedrooms had air conditioning and modern en suite bathrooms with great showers and plenty of hot water. Large bathtubs are also available, ideal for families with young children. We loved the disco lights in the lounge/bar area. We mostly cooked at home to enjoy the villa, though there are plenty of affordable dining options in surrounding areas, if Mullins restaurants feel a bit pricey. Buses to Speightstown and Holetown run regularly, and while we rented a car, it’s not essential. Joanna was a responsive and helpful host with great local tips. Highly recommend! We had such a lovely stay at Joanna’s villa – it truly felt like a home away from home.

Great place to stay that’s super close to beaches and restaurants that are easy to access through either taxi or taking the local bus, if you’re up for a hike you could also walk. House is beautiful and neighborhood is not loud at all.

Our first time on the west coast and we had a fabulous time. But then we’ve never been to Barbados and not had a great time. Beautiful island, beautiful people and beautiful weather. The house suited us, five adults and a young baby, giving us all plenty of space. The swimming pool was perfect to cool off and for the little one to find his swimming legs when we weren’t at the beach. Thank you Marcia for sorting a little shopping for when we arrived…and yes the rum punch was waiting in the fridge….what more could you ask for. Such a shame we had to come home to grey skies….we will be back.
