Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

AnnaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Mark and Jane were extremely communicative throughout. We were able to access easily using a key code box. The house was very clean and tidy and they had kindly left us tea, coffee, milk, water bottles and chocolate biscuits! The bathroom and kitchen appear to be newly decorated and the huge bath was a lovely treat. The house was a few mins drive from the wedding venue we were attending. Mark and Jane recommended a couple of taxi services. We used Hawk, which have a fantastic app so transport was very easy. All in all, a great short stay in Ipswich. Thank you.

Large immaculate conversion - The Milking Parlour

ApolenaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had an absolutely fabulous time at the Milking Parlour ❤️ The place was gorgeous, perfect for a couples getaway. We were blessed with brilliant weather, and the positioning of the garden meant we got the best of the sun. Sitting outside with breakfast in the mornings was a proper treat. The hot tub was also a super nice addition; once we got it properly going, we stayed in it from sunset until the night, and were able to spot some constellations as we were far enough away from the light pollution of central Ipswich :) The Milking Parlour itself is super lovely, very airy and fresh design, bright throughout the day, helpful little gadgets around, always a good temp due to underfloor heating. The hosts Marion and Kevin were really friendly, and Charlie was very helpful. We would’ve never left, had we been given the choice, so we will hopefully be back soon instead 🙏

4 Bedroom Detached House Sleeps 7

OliverRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This was an ideal stay for us and our 3 young children. The house is a good location and the host (unlike a lot of other air b&bs) provides a huge array of amenities that every household would need i.e. toiletries/cooking sauces etc, not just the bare minimum. The kids loved the garden and the sports equipment provided. Dart board in the garage and cricket in the garden were popular. The house is lovely and spacious and the back living room had loads of toys my kids loved playing with. Outside garden area was lovely to sit at and bbq. Victoria was a great host, very responsive to messages.

The Garden Room, Ipswich Walking distance to town.

LaraRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This is a perfect spot close to the centre of Ipswich, within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I walked from the train station and hired a car the next day and there was driveway parking. Louise gave clear instructions to get in and the place was immaculate and clean. I was made very welcome immediately - both Louise and her partner showed me a couple of bits and pieces and made recommendations but left me to myself most of the time, so even though I was staying in their back garden, I felt like I had my own space. Louise had left basic supplies, which was very thoughtful, and a nice welcome note and, most importantly for some of the hottest nights of the year, a small fan, which was a godsend! I recommend Louise's place to anyone visiting Ipswich - a beautiful, ancient place full of history. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Sunset Nook

We enjoyed our stay at the Nook. The place had everything we needed and felt much more luxury than the local hotels. Of note was how clean it was on arrival. Alex was a great host. Would recommend!

Cosy Suffolk hideaway

AngharadRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved visiting Harriet’s adorable cottage. It was even more lovely than the pictures and was so cosy and we felt at home immediately. She also provided us with a cake and juices/teas/coffee on arrival which was incredibly kind. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area!
