Peaceful retreat on the edge of the nature reserve with a variety of hens ducks outside your window to wake up in the morning 😊 a self contained cabin with all the mod cons in a shabby chic style. Sleeps up to 4 with bathroom and kitchenette. Close to wedding venues, lovely walks, cycling routes, golf courses, easy routes Into London and lakeside shopping centre. Dog friendly with a secure garden, free parking. Animal lovers haven. Green 🦜 and geese flying above with peacocks in the grounds.

The Little House

The Little House is a super-warm and cosy self-contained detached private space. Open-plan, kitchenette, comfy double bed, reclining sofa, digital TV and fast WiFi, with private ensuite bathroom. The Little House is very quiet and secluded, with its own private access from the road. It is perfect for relaxing or working without distractions. Central to a small estate of gardens, lawns, meadows and woods, the biggest distraction will be birdsong and squirrels jumping across the pea shingle!

'The Little House' - in the centre of Stock

'The Little House' ( my grandson's name for it it) is a hidden gem, tucked away in the centre of the lovely village of Stock. It is a detached, converted small barn with its own entrance, key box and allocated parking space in front. You'll find this accommodation light and airy and very private, decorated with a sailing theme throughout. There are two village shops (with late opening hours) , a hairdresser and beauty salon, four pubs and a cafe within less than five minutes walk.

Large two bedroom apartment for sole use. Includes a large bathroom, kitchen with all modern utilities. Lounge and private entrance. Permit parking is available. Less than a five minute walk to Laindon Rail Station which provides direct connections regularly to London Fenchurch Street (30min) Southend-on-Sea (20min) Leigh-on-Sea (15min) and within easy commute of London Southend Airport (30min drive) and London Stanstead Airport (40min drive). Linens, towels and bathrobes are provided

Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step

Farmers cottage

Our eco friendly cottage sits at the front of our family run farm. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings.

Short walks to local pubs and restaurants, close to local wedding venues such as Crondon Park, Downham Hall and Stock Brook Manor, and a 5 min taxi ride from Billericay which has a lively nightlife.

We are strictly a minimum of two night stays. 2. We can only accept infants under 6 months old. 3. There is no swimming or paddle boarding allowed in the lake.
