Adam’s cabin truly felt like home away from home. We had everything we needed and it was great for our fur baby. We will definitely be back!

Nicholas's place was great! Peaceful neighborhood and the perfect getaway weekend from the city noise. We enjoyed using the grill. Host is very responsive and proactive about communication. Would definitely be back!

Erik’s place was amazing our stay was short and sweet however it was so beautiful ! The view at night from the hot tub to the structure of the house very neat and clean ! It’s right around a lot of places nearby so it was definitely worth it ! Thank you Erik for this welcoming stay!

Great place to go for a peaceful getaway. I enjoyed the hot tub and being able to sit out on a patio. It's nice that snacks and coffee were available. The location is good with hiking trails nearby and Payson is close by for grabbing food.

Would give this home (and the host) 10 stars if I could! Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in - it was super well stocked (had spices, coffee, and even tons of odds and ends like olive oil, rice, s’mores stuff and almond milk creamer). The home was gorgeous inside and out and was the PERFECT spot for our group of 8 (four grown ups and four kids). We all loved the hot tub, the kids played in the yard a ton and we helped ourselves to the game closet. The beds were COMFY. Bathrooms were stocked and immaculate. Kitchen had about a million gadgets (they even had a nutribullet which we used to make salad dressings!). Just an overall amazing, beautiful stay as we explored Sedona! Would 100% come back!! And Traci really was the most responsive, proactive host. Loved her!!

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the spacious backyard - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The garage was a fun bonus, fully equipped with games and activities for all ages. The fire pit area was a highlight and made for some really cozy evenings. Our kids looooved the bunk beds - it was so cool and well built. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely rustic cabin vibes. One of the best features is the layout - it allows for many guests but you don't feel like you are all crammed next to each other. While the lofted area is not fully enclosed (as advertised), it was still quite private feeling and functioned perfectly for us for an extra bedroom space. We also loved the location, it felt quiet and woodsy, but was also right by town and main attractions. Excellent value for large groups. We had a couple of hiccups, but communication with our host was wonderful, and they took great care to resolve everything. If this place is available, you should DEFINITELY book it!

This is our third time staying at Sandra’s and as always, it was the perfect getaway. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and were greeted with a gift and hand written note wishing her Happy Birthday. Saw plenty of elk, enjoyed Pine, and relaxed in the beautiful outdoor surroundings at both the outdoor dining area and all the wonderful seating out back. Sandra was responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to book our next one here.

Staying in your cozy, clean cabin in the woods was an absolute delight during Cocodona race week! Your amazing generosity in letting us park early and check in ahead of time truly made our experience even more special. We were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional hospitality and the quick responses to all our inquiries. Your beautiful cabin provided the perfect backdrop for our experience and truly helped our runner cross the finish line. It was exactly what we needed!

We stayed at Gary’s cabin while helping our daughter relocate from Tennessee to Snowflake, AZ, and let me just say—it was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a cozy home away from home. The cabin is exactly as pictured—warm, welcoming, and spotless. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and every detail made it easy to settle in and unwind. Gary is the kind of host you hope to get—super communicative, checked in to make sure we arrived safely, and made it clear he was just a message away (though we didn’t need a thing—he already had it covered!). The kids had an absolute blast zooming around outside on the little race cars, and we wrapped up our week by the fire pit, toasting s’mores from the adorable gift box Gary left for us. It was the perfect way to end our trip. The location is also fantastic—close to restaurants, golf, and lots of other local fun. We will be back!

Location, location, location. Sedona is beautiful and unit 5 at the Junipine Resort was perfect for my family and I. We spent hours in the creek below and had several adventures off the 89. Slide Rock, Flagstaff bike park, Trout farm, Sedona, west fork. Endless experience. The place itself was clean. My kids loved the loft. All the board games. I highly recommend and will be back myself!

We had a great stay. My husband and I were amazed at how clean everything was. The linens were fine hotel quality. The extras were over the top from bathroom toiletries to fully functional kitchen. We would for sure stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is so peaceful, and the cabin was the perfect size for our quick baby moon/anniversary trip! Our favorite spot was the backyard - which was so quiet and beautiful. My one disclaimer would be for any other pregnant gals looking to book a trip! The furniture in this cabin was not the most third-trimester friendly. I would recommend packing some extra blankets or pillows for the bed padding. For us, we weren’t at the cabin too much but were out and about most of our stay, so the furniture was doable! But if we were to be at the cabin for most of the stay, it wouldn’t have been the most comfy being 30 weeks pregnant. Everything else was great! My husband was blissful the whole time! Boyd's place was a pleasure to stay. My family enjoyed the card games, as we watched the Elk walk down the street on the sidewalk, 20ft from the front porch. I recommend this place for anyone looking to spend quality time with family and friends. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your property.

Super cozy, unbelievably relaxing, and absolutely gorgeous being right on the river! The property is clean and quiet- we’d love to come back! Elk and javelina at night was a plus!

We loved staying here! Checking in and out was smooth and easy. They communicated well, and we loved the house. It was perfectly fun, cute, and comfortable. We also liked the quiet little street the house was on. It was just what we needed!

We stayed at Michael's place two nights and enjoyed our stay. We were participating in the local arts and crafts festival so we weren't really around during the day but we loved coming "home" to this peaceful cute cabin in the evenings and especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch at night. So peaceful and a nice view. Saw a ton of elk in the neighborhood. We had almost everything one would need for cooking (only thing missing was any kind of cooking oil or spray). Enjoyed cooking on a gas stove! The beds were comfortable, though one was rather squeaky/noisy and could be heard through the shared wall of the other bedroom. Something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. The place was clean and had all the necessary conveniences. Michael was always very quick to respond and answer any questions. We enjoyed this charming little cabin and would stay here again.

This cabin accommodated all of our needs for our trip to munds park. The washer and dryer is a huge plus. The layout has a cozy cabin feel without the musty smells that a lot of cabins have. We loved the patio & master bedroom!! our stay was so peaceful and relaxing, I would stay here again!!

This is now our 3rd stay, one of our favorite getaways. Such a beautiful home. We love the privacy of the back porch and the view of the forest. Always so many critters and birds to sit and enjoy. Just down the road from the rim lakes, great trout fishing. The owners are amazing. Always responsive and helpful. Perfect place for a family or couples looking to enjoy time in Forest Lakes.
