With an integrated dishwasher and washing machine and separate bathroom the Studio is set apart from the main house. Enjoy the gardens and BBQ area or walk the 2 minutes to Little Manly beach and near to shops and transport

The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
