Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Little Red River

We are local and live minutes away. This was our second time to book Leah’s place for out of state family to stay for homeschool graduations for our children. Lovely home with large open rooms and expansive wrap around porches on a pond that has great catch and release fishing. You cannot beat the location! The upgrade to a king size bed downstairs was perfect for my elderly parents. Thanks for the stay, Leah!

This is a great place to stay close to town, really good quality bed, linens, shower, all the amenities are new, big TV, great porch and yard. I highly recommend this place, I’ll be back!

This place was fantastic. Alot of stairs, but there was a bedroom on the ground floor for Gram and Gramps. Perfect. It was a bit of a maze, but so artistically designed and very well made a equipped. It is a well built house and with the ourdoor sitting area , lights, dock and creativity and thoughtfulness that went into it, it stands out among all of the other surrounding houses. Beautifully crafted. I wish I lived there. We had the best time, caught lots of trout. My children fished the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of different types of pillows to choose from. My husband always takes his pillow, forgot it, ended up finding one that was perfect. The river is so peaceful in the morning and beautiful with the fog. Great showers. Thanks a bunch for a 5 star stay. And thanks Nina for accomodating us so well. We will stay with you again!

My friends and I enjoyed our girls weekend! Kelly had cookies and coffee for us upon arrival! Everything was spotless! The view is incredible. There’s a place to take walks around the area. We loved our stay and felt right at home!

Judy was a great host. She made sure to reach out and let me know that if we needed anything to let her know The house was just as pictured. It was very clean and the surroundings were quiet. Would definitely stay there again

Beautiful place and very peaceful. The fishing was great. There were 5 of us and all were very comfortable. Plenty of space and most any amenity you could want or need is furnished.

This place was a fantastic stay! Very peaceful and clean. We were able to catch a few trout right off the dock. Host was responsive to any questions I had. The only down side is there isn’t a washer or dryer. I didn’t realize this when I booked, which is my mistake. However, there is a laundromat just a short drive away. We will be staying again when we visit next year!

We stayed here for 7 days to visit family. It’s located near lots of stores, restaurants. Also close to my family’s home. Peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time booking this home and it did not disappoint! As soon as we saw the availability for our dates, we jumped at the chance. Super clean, updated, and stocked with plenty of amenities. It was perfectly spacious for our needs The beds were comfy. Perfect location right in town. If the opportunity arises again, we'll definitely look to reserve this home.

This was the perfect rental for my needs…much better than a hotel room. Just steps away from Harding University so a great location. The unit was very clean, the bed was very comfy and Carol was very accommodating when it came to my check in and check out times. I just wish I had known about it four years ago when I started having to go to Searcy on a yearly basis.

Beautiful condo in a great location with an amazing view. Austin is an excellent host. Look forward to staying here again.

Exactly as described, close to everything in the small town. Great eating options within a 5 min drive, yet sitting on the deck, you would have thought you were in the woods. Angela was responsive with any questions we had. She had an extensive folder of local attraction. This was our 2nd year to stay here and we will always return if it is avaliable! Thanks again for a great stay ! PS The best breakfast around is at the bowling alley and a fantastic value as well !

We needed a quick place to stay for a night and this place was so wonderful! My kid loved the bunk bed and we loved how quiet and serene the surroundings were. Highly recommended if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. 👍👍

My children and I were in the Fairfield Bay area to visit family who live nearby and this condo was the perfect resting spot for us. The proximity of this condo to the pool was a nice bonus as we could easily walk to the pool instead of drive. My kids (teenagers) and I were also happy to have a great wifi connection so we could get a little work done and watch some movies together in the evenings. Blue Heron was a comfortable and safe place to stay in between family visits and I will definitely book this condo again next time we are in the area.

A touch pricier than others in the area but absolutely worth it. We have family in the area and come at least a couple of times a year, and this is the best condo we’ve rented if you only need two bedrooms. SO well stocked, which was a huge help to us - we took full advantage. Also exceptionally clean, with quality furniture a step above the usual, and some games to boot. Can’t beat the location for getting around FFB and these hosts care about your experience. I felt like we were in a hotel. Our new go-to rental when we visit.

Location is right by Harding’s campus. It’s an upstairs apartment so no noise above and overall is very comfortable. Josh responds immediately which is a plus!

There was a wifi outage, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. Angel and Dana were very responsive and even let us come back later to check for lost items. Much appreciated.

Clean home. Very well located to enjoy all the amenities. Owner very responsive to my questions. Very comfortable home away from home.
