We came to town for a concert and this was the best spot! The room was perfect for just the two of us and the location was perfect! A 10 minute Uber ride to the fairgrounds and an easy commute to restaurants downtown! Would definitely stay again!

This is our second time in suite 8A and absolutely love staying here! Both times if there was a need, our host made sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much for that! It does feel like being at home and the accommodations are very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! This is our 2nd time staying here and it is perfect for us. The location is a 5 min walk from downtown and it is easy to navigate around. We always enjoy staying here!

My family of 6 stayed 3 nights at Residences during the Thanksgiving holiday. Prior to our arrival, the hostess inquired about our arrival time so she could coordinate the key fob pick up. Although we arrived almost at closing time on Thanksgiving Eve, the hostess waited for us in the lobby so she could put the key fob in my hand and escort us to our penthouse. Throughout our stay, our hostess was extremely attentive. I received replies very quickly when I had questions regarding parking, adjusting the thermostat, etc. The keurig wasn't working, so she brought us a new one within 15 minutes of being contacted. Our penthouse was clean, roomy, and peaceful with spectacular views of the buildings in the downtown area. We appreciated the ease of checking out upon our departure (we were only responsible for removing trash and cleaning out the fridge).

Absolutely perfect for what I planned. I will definitely be back to this location. Close to everything you need in hot springs. Very nice place with everything we needed. Except a cookie sheet!!

Beautiful, clean apartment. Very kind and helpful host. There was a everything we needed or could have wanted. Wonderful to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all nice and comfortable.

Wow! This home has so much character and attention to detail when it comes to design and art! The hosts are amazing and so accommodating! Cannot wait for our next stay here! The location is perfect and there is so much to do right there in the neighborhood. We really enjoy staying at this beautiful home!

Very nice house with the nicest swimming pool we have ever rented. The grandkids loved the long shallow end, but there was a deep end too for scavenger games. The fire pit with available wood was nice, yes had s’more’s equipment. We just wanted to get away & hangout with family, so it was perfect. A play area & tv for the kids, as well as the family room to watch a ballgame or whatever. Only 10-15 min from town when we realized we forgot something or when we were ready for pizza or doughnuts!

It is a peaceful neighborhood to stay in. We managed to see deer in the yard. We enjoyed staying at the Dawson during our trip to Hot Springs. Jason and Dawn are friendly and responded to messages quickly.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days to celebrate my Mom's 85th birthday, with all of us traveling from different states. We absolutely LOVED our time here!! The space was perfect for our multi-aged family (ages 3-85)-- lots of separate areas, including the expansive decks, huge game room, and multiple common areas upstairs. We have never seen a more equipped game room-- everyone loved having all these things to do! The kitchen had everything we needed including a griddle, blender, pots and pans, utensils, and even some basic supplies (sugar, salt, etc) and spices. Having a second fridge in the garage was super helpful. Being a few steps away from the lake was fabulous! The location is walking distance to a trail network, and just 15 minutes from a grocery store. Daniel was super helpful and responsive--Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!

I loved my stay! The big yard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and grill that made evenings extra fun. The porch was a great place to sit and enjoy the peaceful setting. Inside, the kitchen was spacious and really well stocked—plenty of room and everything needed to cook meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house and it was completely furnished and every detail thought out. The view is beautiful and peaceful on the golf course. We loved our stay with entire family and would definitely recommend this home.

Being on the tee box of the 18th hole makes the patio what stands out to us. The home has a fantastic great room that’s large enough for our extended family to all be together. The master bathroom is oversized and very nice. Melissa has everything you need and neatly labeled to feel right at home.
