we were looking for a small cabin to relax and that was peaceful. this was it! Great host and lake. would recommend for a couple or a couple with 2 small kids. would definitely stay again

It’s a beautiful space. The location is a little iffy. But I felt super secure since the property is behind a gate! Claretha is an amazing host!

The cottage was immaculate and in a great location. Antoinette is a wonderful host. She accommodated my leave time and kept in touch during a significant storm the night I stayed. Highly recommend!

Loves our stay! Roughly 6 minutes from Hot Springs National Park. perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood that felt very safe!! Welcome snacks and drinks was a nice plus as we now had goodies for the trails. Everything was very clean and nice!!

Cozy townhouse-style building off to the side of the main residence. Everything was great, the layout however requires going down a steep flight of stairs to get to the kitchen and bathroom which gave us lots of exercise. If stairs aren’t an issue, this is an excellent place to stay!

Beautiful little space. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Close to downtown Hot Springs. Very quiet with cute patio for coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay here again. Just very responsive with communication.

This was a awesome place to stay, perfect for 2 people. The pool & hot tub were great and the scenery made for beautiful sunsets. Marie & Wesesly super nice and very informative. We enjoyed Hot Springs and went to the Buckstaff Bathouse for a nice Spa treatment. We also went on a hike to a waterfall @ Lake Katherene State Park. Would definatly stay here again!

Beautiful quite getaway that was very clean and had everything we needed .

It was a cozy place and I enjoyed myself! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There were a lot of amenities for guests to use.

Mrs Susie is the perfect example of souther hospitality. She goes out her the way to make you feel at home with snacks and even cold water bottles. I had a great stay.

The property was great and the cabin was nicely decorated! Beautiful surrounding area with a pond and a nice water feature. Pretty much everything you might need was provided, plus a very nice gift bag with stuff to do s'mores at the fire pit. Unfortunately, we checked out early because (my fault, I failed to ask before booking) there was no internet/wifi available and I needed to work remotely. Also, our cell service was weak so I was unable to use my hotspot to connect for work. I was sad because it really was a nice place and we were looking forward to enjoying the outdoor space. One more thing to note, the driveway was extremely rough going in, even with a pickup truck, probably due to recent rains. With all that said, if you are looking for a peaceful spot to unplug and enjoy nature, this is the place for you! I would definitely recommend it, as long as you don't need to be 'connected'. Also, very responsive hosts.

Everything about our stay was just perfect. The location, the view, and the accommodations were more than I expected! She has the place stocked with about everything you could possibly need. She even left us banana bread that was oh so good! I highly recommend!!

Enjoyed this little get away positioned fairly close to everything I needed it for would definitely come here again.

Totally enjoyed the guest house. It was exactly as described. The lake is beautiful and the dock was a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. We did get to visit with Cynthia and she was charming. The snacks and coffee were welcomed extras. The only thing I can recommend is to bring your own pillow. I was fine with the pillows there but my husband thought they were too big. Thankfully we always carry his when we travel. Definitely would recommend this guest house.

This was such a peaceful place to say and relax! I loved swinging on the porch having my coffee, and reading my book while the fireflies came out. The hosts were so nice and communicative. The cottage had everything I needed!

It was the perfect location for me. I was in town for an event at UCA and the proximity to the campus was wonderful! I had everything I needed. Thank you!

This place was fantastic, great if you have a dog. The owner's have a super friendly dog named Heidi who is delightful. We used the fire pit all three nights to make s'mores. We would definitely go back.

Angela’s Place was BETTER than expected. We felt right at home, SAFE and welcome. The beds were COMFORTABLE and the place was VERY CLEAN. I loved the privacy even though there is another room for guest it was still a GREAT STAY. She made us feel welcome and we felt a lil spoiled. My daughter adored her and we enjoyed our “painting party” with great snacks! Our Host was very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. If you forget something “Ms. Angela got you” We look forward to coming back soon. If you want a home away from home and close to fun things to do at Hot Springs THIS IS IT! The price was reasonable and better than a hotel. You have beautiful places to walk and most of all are safe. Thank you for making this stay one of our BEST ones!

This was my first airbnb experience, and I’m so glad I was able to book with Nicholette! She is very friendly and thoughtful (she texted me worried if my party would have enough blankets). The place was clean with amazing water pressure. For the price the place was listed for, we had a great deal. What stood out to me the most was that she was very responsive to any and all questions I had, generally responding within 15-30 minutes! Highly recommend Nicholette as a host :)

Cynthia's place is just great! It was very clean and quiet. It is far enough off of the road so you don't hear anything. It's a very comfortable place.
