“We had such a wonderful time at The Old Laundry, and thoroughly recommend a stay to anybody who is after a peaceful retreat and an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Hetty and Mark are superb hosts and went above and beyond to help us and ensure that we were comfortable. The little touches were much appreciated; fresh bread and marmalade upon arrival, beautiful daffodils, toys available for our toddler, and the high chair and travel cot already assembled and in perfect condition. The cottage itself is stunning, and beautifully designed. We particularly loved the EverHot Aga, and had some delicious slow cooked meals. The log fire was very tempting but with such wonderful weather and underfloor heating, we were cosy enough already! The garden/s are gorgeous; our little boy loved playing under the cherry blossom trees and exploring. Just outside the property are horses, sheep, lambs, and lovely public footpaths, perfect for lazy strolls. We will definitely be coming back one day!”

“Super cute little place to stay for a couple of nights! Lovingly decorated and really cosy - obviously a lot of thought has gone into transforming the shed and it really shows. Regular check in messages from Alison and its was super easy to find and check in, only comment is that local transport is limited so would recommend having a car! Thanks a lot, loved staying here.”
Your own front door, bright modern bathroom & fibre broadband, closest house to beach. New Sealy mattress, leather sofa, fridge, microwave; a wood burning stove in brick & flint cottage. Amazing place - wonderful sunsets, starry skies & the sound of the sea. Turtle doves, cuckoos, curlews, natterjack toads & bitterns call in season. Wonderful long beach walks, tranquility. Norfolk coast path and peddars way next to house, miles of walking. Good pubs and restaurants, wonderful historic villages.
“We made a last minute reservation due to poor weather cancelling camping plans. Communication with Philip was excellent and the accommodation was exactly as described and in a perfect location close to the beach. It was our first trip to the area and we have fallen in love with it. So many great beaches and places to eat. We brought our dog and the accommodation and everywhere we went was exceptionally dog friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to travel to the area and stay here again.”
