It has a large garden and is just a minute's walk from the village pub, where Nelson used to drink. Burnham Market is a mile away and the beautiful beaches of Overy, Holkham, Brancaster and Wells are not much further. Any season, this can be your perfect Norfolk base.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Basils Barn is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. This recently renovated property gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk. The Barn itself comprises of one main living area with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and an en suite shower room. Situated in a south facing corner of a paddock with its own garden and lovely views' ‘The Waggon’ was completed in 2018, using old and repurposed materials. Stained glass windows and polished hardwood panelling are blended with mod cons, it is full of character.
