The shepherd’s hut was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The situation was idyllic on the outskirts of a Hardy-esque village with far reaching views and wildlife in abundance including butterflies, deer and barn owl. Pauline was a fantastic host and responded very quickly to any query and had some great ideas of things to do. We’d particularly recommend the circular walk to the knoll. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lulu’s place is truly wonderful for a peaceful, relaxing, beautiful stay - a real home away from home. Check in was quick and easy and Lulu was lovely and extremely helpful. We were pleasantly surprised on entering the property as the pictures really don’t do it justice and the standard can only be described as luxury. It has everything you need and more and the extra little treats were really lovely from the essentials like milk, tea, coffee to homemade marmalade, gorgeous butter and some bubbles. Our little dachshund loved the treats Lulu left for her as well. Although we did venture out into Weymouth for a few hours the sunny weather and the sun trap of a very private garden meant we spent most of our time relaxing on the sun loungers. If you are considering booking DO IT NOW!! You won’t be disappointed…we are already looking to book again soon. Thank you Lulu :)

Perfect location near a school where I had to pick up the grand daughter of a friend I was travelling with from London. Host was super friendly and gave local information in advance including some road closures and giving me the chance to rethink the trip in case I wanted or needed to.

Lovely studio. Accommodating hosts. Peaceful location, car required. Good access to Dorset coast.
