Εξωτερικό ασφαλές για παιδιά, εμπνευστικό για καλλιτέχνες. 2 αυλές, μπάρμπεκιου, κήπος. 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια, σαλόνι, πιάνο, κουζίνα, 4 air condition. Ο 1ος όροφος κατοικείται από τους ιδιοκτήτες με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο. Δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο άλσος. Μέχρι 6 επισκέπτες. Δωρεάν παρκοκρέβατο ή στρώμα για επιπλέον παιδί. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Στην όμορφη παραλία του Πεύκου βρίσκεται το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο εξοχικό μας! Αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνας, μοντέρνο μπάνιο, ενώ στην σοφίτα βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερις επισκέπτες. Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία είναι άμεση προσφέροντας σας την δυνατότητα να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας όλες τις ώρες την ημέρας!

Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Καλώς ήρθατε στο Vine & View Home, ένα παραδοσιακό σπίτι με μοντέρνες πινελιές, φωλιασμένο μέσα στους αμπελώνες του γραφικού χωριού Άγιος Κωνσταντίνος της Σάμου. Μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία και τις τοπικές ταβέρνες, το σπίτι μας προσφέρει την τέλεια ισορροπία ανάμεσα στην ηρεμία της φύσης και την αυθεντική νησιώτικη εμπειρία. Το Christina είναι ένα ήσυχο κατάλυμα στον Άγιο Κωνσταντίνο, δίπλα στη θάλασσα . Το κλιματιζόμενο κατάλυμα απέχει λιγότερο από 2χλμ. από την παραλία Τσάμπου και προσφέρει δωρεάν Wi-Fi και ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης στις εγκαταστάσεις του. Η παραθεριστική κατοικία διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο, 1 κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη ,1 μπάνιο, κλινοσκεπάσματα, πετσέτες, τηλεόραση και βεράντα με θέα στον κήπο. Το Christina απέχει 18χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Σάμου.

Endless Blue: A country house with a unique view

The house is located in the traditional village of Ampelos (23 km from Vathi, 14 km from Karlovasi) of Mount Karvounis. It is just a 3-minute walk from the village square and the nearest beach is 5 km away. It can accommodate 1-5 people as it has a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. It has accessibility from asphalt road and parking at the boundaries of the plot. Pets are allowed and it is ideal for excursions in nature.

Angie's little studio

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
