My friend and I dropped by for several night and fell in love. The place was amazing and they accommodated all of our wishes, we felt very safe and had the best view with very little commute. They sent us recommendations and all the information we could possibly need to get around the island and even showed us around where they live as an extra bonus( caves and museums in dryopida were some of our favs). Everything was clean, instructions clear for how to use speaker, restroom, etc. They even left gifts and notes to welcome us to our room. Truly the best Air bnb experience I have ever had, or stay on a vacation in general for that matter.

Maro's home is true to its name, an authentic Sifnian home in the peaceful town of Artemonas. Maro was easy to reach, and kindly organised a taxi to pick us up from the port and provided advice on ferries. Check in was v straightforward. A short walk into Artemonas takes you to some lovely restaurants and bakeries, and you can also walk further into the main island town of Apollonia for more life. The buses are great to see the other villages and to get to the beach, though in the shoulder season the schedule is more limited. The house is cool and comfortable with lots of interesting decorations/artefacts. We cooked at home without trouble, and made good use of the outdoor shower as the bathroom inside is quite small and poorly ventilated [it perhaps dries out quicker in the peak summer heat!]. We enjoyed the terrace but would say the steps up are a bit tricky and definitely not for the unsteady. Overall, it was easy to feel at home. We loved our week in Sifnos and would come back :)

We loved the place, so cozy and comfortable, the balcony and view is to die for. Paul and Evagelia were extremely accommodating and generous with their time, even giving us a ride from the port. All around a wonderful experience

Margarita was absolutely lovely. She communicated quickly and clearly before our stay. A taxi was booked from the port to Vathi and she and her hubby were there to meet and get luggage to the property. Lots of treats... Wine, cake, fruity yoghurt cheese, bread and ham, delicious olive oil. Property just as described, we loved it. Very well maintained and looked after. Vathi ... Quiet and beautiful beach location with a handful of small restaurants and a useful mini mart with plenty of fresh items. Great walking and swimming, fabulous footpath system. I can wholeheartedly recommend

This place is stunning - incredible private and secluded location for complete peace and tranquility. We slept very heavily. The apartment itself is better than the photos (the view is phenomenal), with lots of space and nicely decorated. It is filled with beautiful high quality antique furniture. Kitchen is extremely well equipped, and has everything you need. We wanted to move in permanently! The listing is for the top floor of a compound of accommodation - there is a second annex underneath and a third round the corner; with the host living on site too in the main house. Each one is very private though with its own terrace so we wouldn’t have an issue if other people had been staying there at the same time. Eleni was a great host who made check in easy, was very responsive via text, and lives next door to the apartment so is often around. She was also very helpful when we accidentally got off at the wrong island and helped us get back on track - much appreciated!!!

Sans doute une des plus belles vues sur la baie de Vathi, l'appartement est très bien placé, très proche de la plage et des restaurants, mais dans la partie tranquille. Il est très propre, l'équipement est neuf. Nos hôtes ont été d'une gentillesse incroyable. Nous y avons passé une semaine avec ma femme et je n'aurais pas choisi un autre endroit.

A lovely little private space in a very peaceful location. So happy we chose to stay here rather than any of the towns. Really felt like our own little slice of paradise. And the view at sunrise from the patio! 😍😍😍 Elisavet was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we couldn't recommend her place enough. Overall a really special stay 😊

We felt we were in paradise ! Blue Calm is beautiful, totally relaxing, yet with plenty of walking paths to follow, surrouunded with the scent of wild thyme and fennel. Villages on the island are interesting and all different, with great eating places. Our host greeted us with delicious coffee , fresh cheese and olive oil and did everything possible to make our stay a delight. We have stayed in many places all over the world, none matches this. Thank you.

A beautiful quiet and secluded apartment with great facilities including a spa and shared pool. A 10 minute walk into the bars and restaurants in town. Danni was a great host and provided all the assistance we needed including renting a car - which you will definitely need if you want to explore the island.

We’ve had our share of great Airbnbs, but Athina’s place now sits firmly at the top of the list. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with the warmest welcome (and a basket of delicious Greek treats!) and walked us through every detail of the apartment. She even stocked a “just-in-case” box filled with toiletries and other essentials we might have forgotten—one of those little touches that makes all the difference. Mid-stay, Athina surprised us by arranging a full cleaning of both the apartment and the pool, keeping everything spotless. The location itself is jaw-dropping: perched on a quiet hillside with what might be the best sunset view on Syros. We’d watch the sun dip below the sea at a nearby taverna, then hurry home for a second encore from the front yard—pure magic. Thoughtful, kind, and genuinely invested in her guests’ comfort, Athina turned a beautiful property into a truly memorable experience. Our only hesitation in writing this review is that it will be fully booked!

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Ifsimca. If you would like an authentic Sifnian feeling home but with modern comforts you won’t be disappointed. The location is great, our teenagers loved walking into Apollonia every day to eat and shop and the location is also a great spot for touring the island as it is central. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The showers are amazing and the design is super cool. We hope to be back next year!

Thank you George, I had a very relaxing stay at your Platis Gialos apartment, which is what I was looking for. Brand new unit, spacious, nice finishes and well equiped from the Kitchen to a washer and dryer which are very useful while traveling through Europe and the greek islands. Everything is brand new and worked perfectly!! The beach across the street is amazing for a walk, swim or to relax in a lounger on any of the beach restaurants. George, I wish you a great season ahead, thank you for your Hospitality, I hope we meet again some day!! Thank for the ride to port. Blessings!!

We had a really lovely stay. David and the local contact were extremely accessible and helpful. The house was excellent. Lovely views of Kastro below. Very well equipped for cooking and eating outside. Small but lovely pool with stunning view. Great local walks, great restaurants and Taverna’s. Whole family loved it. Would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay in Sifnos! The house was beautiful—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, especially the kitchen. The beds were cozy, and the location was perfect—just a short 10-minute walk to the grocery market and 5 minutes to the bus station. While the bus schedule was limited during our stay, we mostly walked or used taxis, which worked well. That said, if you're planning to stay longer be sure to rent a car. There are plenty of hiking trails accessible directly from the house. Our favorite was a 6-mile route that took us through charming villages, along the coastline, and through peaceful farmlands and hillsides—absolutely breathtaking. We also did a boat excursion on The Amanda Boat, which was a fantastic way to see the island from the water. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. It was an unforgettable trip, and we’re already looking forward to coming back one day! Thank you!

Magnifique maison avec une vue superbe, hôte très réactive, répondant immédiatement aux questions. Les terrasses qui permettent de profiter du soleil et de l’ombre sont très bien agencées et ajoutent au charme de la maison. Le studio séparé est idéal pour un couple ami qui souhaite avoir son intimité. Une voiture est indispensable si l’on veut profiter de l’île et de la mer. Probably one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed. Serifos Lemon is high on the hillside and tho location and atmosphere is really something else and an insight into the traditional way of living. Nikos was ready for me, allowed me to check in early and personally guided me to the house and assisted with my bag. A truly friendly and generous host. Highly recommend this place for a unique stay in Serifos.

One of the best accomodation experiences I ever had!! The host was super nice, very friendly and eager to make us feel like home, give recommendations for the area and fulfill our requests. He warmly welcomed us and he had prepared a whole dossier with tips for our stay, restaurants and beach suggestions etc. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the port. The kitchen was huge and fully equipped. We really loved the place! Only problem was that although the bathroom was quite big, the shower was tiny and we could barely move in it. Otherwise we were fully pleased with our stay and we would definitely recommend choosing this apartment.

We had an amazing two week stay at Vissaris’s place. The location is even better than the pictures. We especially liked being so close to the water and being able to swim daily and relax by the water. The house and the bay is really well protected from the northern wind that can be quite strong in September when we went. We could swim every day. Vissaris and his family were very friendly and helpful and helped us with all questions. A recommendation for the island is to get a 4x4 car to get around since some beaches are only reachable by dirt roads (not scary, just jumpy). It’s possible to reach the Villa with a normal car but a 4x4 is more comfortable since there’s a short dirt road in the end. We would love to come back to Kythnos and Villa Simousi again!
