Beachfront holiday rental in Livadia

Μείναμε ένα μήνα, ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος, ένα βήμα από τη θάλασσα, τα πάντα δίπλα, το σπίτι πολύ λειτουργικό και οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλόξενοι το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ωραίο μέρος και πολύ καλός κύριος , ο κύριος Παναγιώτης συνεννοήσιμος και ευγενικός.

It is a wonderful house, one of the best houses I have lived in, right on the beach, you have your own parking space inside the garden of the house with space for two cars, complete silence at night, stunning views in the early morning, the house is equipped with everything you need, there is a barbecue area, a children's play area, everything you need for a short or long visit, I highly recommend it, the host was very cooperative and responded to our messages quickly

What wonderful you welcomed us personally what is always way better than ‘here is the code for the keylocker, and good luck’ what we experienced elsewhere unfortunately. After a long ride you left us some refreshments and cake in the fridge, that shows you’re a great host. The apartment is cosy, beautiful and clean, the kitchen full of useful equipment and makes you feel at home immediately. Parking is available in front of the house. The king size bed was great and comfortable. The rooms were well equipped with airconditioning to help us through the warm nights in Greece. Many thanks for allowing us to stay with you. Truly amazing place. Feels like you are on a island. Best part is that you have 2 peaceful and clean beaches directly near the apartment. The place was spacious, clean and had all the utilities we needed. The host was friendly and also helped us with the parking of my motorcycle which I appreciated! Definitely will visit again! Ideal place for peace and quiet!

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

Nikos was so kind and patient with our delayed arrival. The house was just as he described and he made good local recommendations for food and coffee. It’s a great location with a beautiful view and not far from a lively and fun center.

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus umgeben von einem bezaubernden Garten, toller Pool mit vielen Verweilmöglichkeiten. Terrasse im Schatten und mit Meerblick als Wahlmöglichkeit runden das Außenangebot ab. Haus ist sauber, fliegengitter überall, Betten neu und sehr bequem, griechisch eingerichtet, lediglich die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber dies ist natürlich auch immer persönliches empfinden. Rundum, sehr zu empfehlen wer Pool mit Ruhe und Meerzugang in einem sucht!

Excellent Stays at Georgios place. Very well equipped. Excellent pool and view. Chalkida is about 20min drive. Lots of space and locations where we can enjoy the views and rest. Small beach accessible through a private path.

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι με εντυπωσιακή θέα και μεγάλος εξωτερικός χώρος για μπάνιο στη πισίνα, barbecue και καθιστικούς χώρους! Το σπίτι μέσα ήταν καθαρό με όμορφα διακοσμητικά και ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα. Μπαίνοντας στην πισίνα νιώθεις πως το νερό της θάλασσας έχει γίνει ένα με το νερό της πισίνας και είναι μαγευτικό. Πολύ ωραία εμπειρία για όσα άτομα και αν επιλέξεις είναι ιδανικό. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν σαφής και άμεση. Ανυπομονώ να ξαναβρεθώ σε αυτό το όμορφο εξοχικό!

Επισκέφτηκαμε το σπίτι , τις ημέρες του Πάσχα 6 ενήλικες! Μόλις μπήκαμε στην είσοδο πάθαμε πλάκα! Ο χώρος είναι απίστευτος! Προσεγμένος, πεντακάθαρος, προνοητικός! Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη(κάναμε πολλές βουτιές!), οι φοίνικες,το γρασίδι, η ομπρέλα, τα καθίσματα., οι ξαπλώστρες! Μπαίνοντας μέσα κάτω είναι το τζάκι, με το καθιστικό, η μεγάλη τραπεζαρία, η μικρή τουαλέτα και η κουζίνα που δεν της έλειπε απολύτως τίποτα. Ανεβαινοντας τις σκάλες έχει 3 υπνοδωμάτια όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ένα εξαιρετικό μπάνιο. Παντού υπάρχουν ηλεκτρικά παντζούρια και σιτες. Στο μπαλκόνι είναι η απόλυτη θέα ,με καθιστικό εξωτερικού χώρου! Παντού κεράκια και μεράκι! Τα στρώματα εξαιρετικά. Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε, δεν μας γέμιζε κάτι άλλο στην περιοχή, μόνο το σπίτι! Σας μαγνήτης μας τραβούσε! Η κυρία Μαίρη ήταν ανα πασα στιγμή διαθέσιμη και πολύ γλυκιά! Μας κέρασε τσίπουρο και τοπικό έδεσμα. Ήταν από τις πιο άνετες και απολαυστικές πασχαλινές διακοπές που έχουμε κάνει! Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολυ!

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

Wir haben die Tage und besonders die Nächte mit Meeresrauschen, Grillenzirpen und Pinienduft im "Paradiesdörfchen" sehr genossen. Ein bisschen hat uns der Meerblick von den unteren Terrassen gefehlt: Die schönen Sträucher im Garten sind wohl in den letzten Jahren gut gewachsen. Einen schönen Blick hatten wir dafür vom guten Restaurant "To Astron" 3 km vom Haus aus oder von einem der netten Restaurants in Limni. Sehr hilfreich waren die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern. Die Bäder und Küchen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und vielleicht wäre es möglich in der Küche im Haupthaus noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank einzubauen. Dort auf der Terrasse haben wir gerne gegessen und uns entspannt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Moderní, vzdušný a čistý dům, kuchyň vybavená na menší vaření, velmi pohodlné matrace, příjemné terasy s výhledem na moře a travnatá zahrádka s lehátky. Okolí je klidné, malá, ale zcela soukromá kamínková pláž je přes ulicí s malým provozem, moře azurové, teplé a čisté. Po našem příjezdu bylo v lednici připraveno příjemné občerstvení, Maria byla vždy nápomocná. Děkujeme, rádi se vrátíme.

Πολύ όμορφο και ζεστό σπίτι. Ότι πρέπει για οικογένεια και ζευγάρια!! Όλα ήταν καθαρά. Η κ.Βετα ήταν ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι θέλαμε. (Μας έφερε και έξτρα ξύλα για το τζακι). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

I cannot say enough about Eugenia’s home. I felt like I was visiting family. The place and view is even more beautiful than the pictures and Eugenia is so warm and welcoming. The house is quiet and there are great and delicious restaurants just a quick walk away. We had everything we needed and more. We will absolutely be back! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Christos’s place and we found him and his son very helpful and welcoming. When we needed anything, it was supplied within a very short time. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a beautiful sea view. Staying at Christos’s house made our holiday very special.

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα, το σπίτι είχε όλα όσα χρειαζομασταν κ ταιριάζει απόλυτα με την περιγραφή. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Το σπίτι είναι πάρα πολύ ωραίο, 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και επίσης 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι με τα πόδια.Η host ήταν πολύ ευγενική.
