A due passi dal fiume Reno e dal centro di Casalecchio, con il centro di Bologna facilmente raggiungibile in soli 15 minuti, la posizione è perfetta anche per chi partecipa a eventi all’Unipol Arena, a soli 3 km. Siamo infine vicinissimi a svincolo autostradale (A14/A1) e tangenziale (Fiera).

The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

Our house at the foot of the Modena Apennines is inside an old village, a former paternal residence from which it takes its name "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is spread over 2 levels with a floor area of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a kitchen. Going up the stairs we find a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, plus terrace overlooking both sides of the Apennines.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Otello's house is the ideal place to relax and recharge in an oasis of quiet and elegance located in the first hills of Brisighella close to the badlands with breathtaking panoramic views. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests modern and rustic environments with designer furniture and extreme attention to detail. It also lends itself as a starting point for mountain bike tours with visits to the nearby Vena del Gesso, also accompanied by the host if desired.
