Quiet apartment on a hill just 20 minutes by car from Bologna and 7 minutes from Pianoro Vecchio, on the second floor in a house with only 2 apartments, with independent entrance, private terrace and garage for 2 wheels. Surrounded by nature and friendly animals such as cows, donkeys, peacocks, dogs and cats, it offers direct access to hiking trails (2km Via degli Dei) and mountain biking. A gated common courtyard with an automatic gate offers a safe area of parking and play.

We enjoyed restoring this hidden place respecting its heritage, recovering as much as possible mixing the traditional features with design twists.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. Independent apartment in villa

1 km from the Rioveggio highway exit, the apartment is located inside the villa where I live with my family. Guest access is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. You can park your car in the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs. Rooms and bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests. There is no full kitchen, but you will have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee included), kettle and necessary dishes.

Cá Pradella - Harmony with Nature, Bed & Breakfast

Cá Pradella is a 18th century stone house surrounded by green fields and forests. We will be happy to host you in a 60 sqm studio apartment, equipped with bathroom, kitchen and Wi-Fi, with a separate entrance and full access to the large garden of the house. Bologna is 30' by car, 50' by bus and the Villaggio della Salute Più thermal baths are only 15' away. Breakfast is included in the price and all the products we use are organic.

Borgo Anconella - house in the countryside of the Apennines

The Anconella is located on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines at an altitude of 500 m. The area is quiet, surrounded by fields and woods where you can take walks and enjoy nature, but if you want to reach Bologna, in 30 minutes by car you have arrived. Below the apartment there is a trattoria where you can enjoy typical local dishes that in addition to the à la carte menu, for lunch offers a tourist menu, all at very affordable prices.
