Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Livigno

We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

We spent a week, beginning of January, in the cottage and it was very comfortable despite the negative outside temperatures. The multiple heat points (pellet stove, open fire and radiator) allowed us to be perfectly comfortable and we always had enough wood and pellets, available. Our host was lovely and caring. The cottage was very clean as well as the sheets and towels available ☺️ The cottage is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and with amazing views of the mountains. The area is very charming, lots of hikes possible and restaurants to try. I also recommend a visit to the Teglio tourist office, where we were very well received and advised. A perfect vacation! No complaints, 😌 a big thank you!

We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

The place was really quaint and exactly as described – we felt very comfortable! Getting there was a little adventure, but thanks to the good description of the host, it was doable. However, you have to be brave to drive the car through the narrow streets to the front door. We therefore parked at the church. The village is super cute and the host was very accommodating as he allowed us to check out later – thank you for that! If you have a light sleep, you should know that the church bells nearby are pretty good to hear. We loved the stay and will be happy to come back!

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Those who want nature and tranquility and have their own car will absolutely appreciate this accommodation. The surroundings are beautiful. No crowds of tourists, no noise. We haven't tried to figure out how easy it would be to get here by public transport, but we don't imagine it would be that easy. The car could be parked not far from the accommodation (300 meters approx.). The city of Como is 1.5 hours away and the northern part of Lake Como is 30 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, super clean, it has everything you need for cooking. Comfortable bed, pleasant bathroom. Internet is sufficient for private use. Giovanni is very nice and even if he doesn't speak English, he is very resourceful. Many instructions had already been prepared in writing and when he received us, he used Google Translate on his mobile phone so that we could communicate with each other. There is even a small children's playground opposite the bus stop. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is spacious, super clean and the local pizza place is a gem. Luca is a fantastic host who is extremely friendly and goed the extra mile with local recommendations. Just a fantastic place!!

Pietro's place was a really nice experience. Cozy and perfectly equipped, it made our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. Every detail was designed for the well-being of guests, from modern amenities such as TV with internet connection to breakfast prepared with care, which allowed us to start the day in the best possible way. The intimate and quiet atmosphere has helped create a perfect environment for relaxation. In addition, Pietro was super kind and helpful, always ready to respond to our every request and to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this home to those looking for a corner of peace and comfort.

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

The apartment is perfectly located, on the outskirts of downtown. Everything is within walking distance: food, cafes, shops! We had a magnificent view of both mountains (terrace both at the front and back). The bathroom is spacious, and also the bedrooms were perfect for us. The contact with the host was super pleasant, you always got an immediate response! Extra pleasant to the apartment was the possibility to park your car privately and that you had a closet for your ski equipment available in the basement. Perfect accommodation for a party of two couples! And a dog!

Very special place, we enjoyed every minute of it! This view on the lake and montains was unique. The house was beautiful and very comfortabel.

A sensational accommodation!!! Great location for excursions, high-quality, tasteful furnishings, everything sparkling clean, private bookable small wellness area and e-bikes available for free! Perfect! As a highlight, every morning a filled bread basket was in front of the door - what a nice service! Very friendly contact, they responded immediately to inquiries! We'll be back, we've already booked!

Accommodation was top and location made it complete! Definitely recommended to go on a ski holiday or in summer for beautiful mountain hikes. Communication with Pietro also went super smoothly!

We have had a wonderful stay in the apartment of Cilli and Gerhard for the past 10 days. It is a bright apartment with a good view of the mountains. In the immediate vicinity, you can take various delicious walks or trail runs. By car or mailbox, you can be in various beautiful places in the area in half an hour. A quick-charge spot for cars and a supermarket are also within walking distance in the street. Cilli welcomed us very kindly and explained the area. This immediately gave us a welcome feeling. A point of attention is the main road to Switzerland, which runs through the village. If you open the window at night, you can still hear a car from time to time. Furthermore, a quiet accommodation with a balcony on the sunny side.

We spent a beautiful family week at Luca's house. Great location to reach the ski areas of Donico and Monte Pora. The Host, friendly and helpful, welcomed us personally and provided all the required directions. The well-stocked accommodation is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Lovely house with lots of room and privacy in a gorgeous valley. Irena is extremely helpful and responsive.

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

We had a super pleasant stay at the house. Andreas as a host was very respondent and the location was beautiful!

The villa was well equipped, the garden was big and despite being in the hill the seating area was well thought through and we used it a lot. There was plenty of parking and the view from the balcony is just something else! Our two dogs loved running around the secure garden! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for piece and quiet, and don't mind walking up the hill 😁

Beautiful accommodation, easily accessible in a quiet environment. Restaurants and grocery store also within walking distance. Value for money just great. Highly recommended for motorcyclists, as there was a garage with plenty of space and the accommodation has a self check-in.

The accommodation was great – modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. The rooms are spacious and very comfortably furnished, you feel right at home. Especially positive: Everything was super well maintained and thought out. A small downside was that the pool had just been cleaned and was therefore not yet warm – that was a bit of a shame. Otherwise, absolutely recommended, we will be happy to come back!
