Nice and cozy place, very peaceful, and easy to access. Used it for an overnight stay for a concert and was very pleased! Ky had great response time as well!

This is our second time staying at Brandon’s for the Motor City Irish Fest and Detroit Feis. It was 20 minutes from everything we needed to be at the entire weekend. Great place for families with dogs. Nice walkable neighborhood.

We loved the home and the peaceful neighborhood. Make sure to walk over to Dellah Coffee & Brunch House for unique breakfast items and coffee. Great location and access to freeways and attractions in the area.

Our group and I had a great experience here. Lots of space, loved the basement for a hangout room for us all, quiet and very nice neighborhood and the host was extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend/stay again!

Very nice and cosy place for a couple. Clean and homely. Good place stay when visiting Ann Arbor or Detroit areas. Overall highly recommended for single or two people to stay.

Great place, close to town. Easy access to freeways. Phenomenal response times and even replaced a coffee maker that died on Christmas Eve! Highly recommend and would most certainly stay again.

We enjoyed staying here while visiting family in the area. Very friendly and quiet neighborhood with nice park nearby. House is clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is top notch! We didn't need any help, but knew we could reach out if needed.

TLDR: Fantastic Airbnb, even better hosts, would stay again in a heartbeat. We had a bachelor party with 8 people and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the house. We were pleasantly surprised by its size and amenities. It matched the pictures and was quite clean. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location for doing activities all across Detroit, Auburn Hills, Novi, you name it. We shared a concern about linens/pillows from reading reviews and before our stay, they upgraded all of them around the house, such a nice touch that was very appreciated! Thus, we all got great sleep. The owners were extremely friendly and responsive, even after 1 am. Check in & check out were easy. Only a few recommendations such as reupholstering/replacing the living room couch as the padding is worn out, keeping a vacuum on site, and sweeping the garage to get leaves/debris out.

I had friends come out of town and we were all in agreement that this one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The host provided us with every amenity possible but whats really impressive is that this house had absolutely every little amenity. So many convenient tools and gadgets in the house and they were all quality products. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything possible!! We would come back here without a doubt. Very nice clean and spacious. Plenty of games and activities to do. Very big back yard the pool was nice the fire pit was great for at night. Location was nice and private area. Highly recommended

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

This Airbnb and Nancy are wonderful! We love spending time there! It’s an oasis!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved it. 10/10 definitely recommend booking here, I felt right at home lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area if needed. The host was very responsive and always checking in to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. The area was really nice, very quiet and I felt very safe. I would definitely be booking again. Michael's place was awesome, the amenities are over the top - we didn't have time to use everything he has to offer. Our dog also loved the house - even though it's not completely fenced in, we were able to use our car to keep her up totally in the backyard.. We felt very safe and welcome in the neighborhood, very walkable and pretty. The house was situated perfectly with everything we wanted to do in the Detroit area... We will definitely stay here again, when we come back up to the Mitten state!

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location for us while visiting family in the area. We worked remotely, so having the second bedroom set up as an office was perfect for us and the wifi worked well for video calls. The bed was on the firmer side, but was comfortable. We'd love to stay here again in the future!
