All services and equipped beaches are in the immediate vicinity. The bus stop is a short walk away. Also very close to the port. The major Tuscan tourist cities are easily reachable both by car and by public transport.

The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 beds in total), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Outside, there is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. the house is located 10/15 min from the city center.
