Holiday houses in Ljubinje

My wife and I spent a fantastic week here with friends and family! The villa is light, modern, and spacious. The surrounding hills / mountains are beautiful. The view of the Adriatic, while partially obscured by construction, is stunning. The location is great: close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Stocking up at Studenac or Konzum a few miles away was convenient! Note that getting here can be tricky - GPS can be a bit off and coming from Cavtat / the airport takes a near 180° turn. Some Ubers struggled finding us. Lukša was an excellent host. He’s communicative and quick to assist with any request / issue. His recommendation of a private dinner by Chef Dario was a highlight - Dario and his team were accommodating and the meal exceptional! The maids were warm, attentive, and having daily breakfast is incredible. Small tip - if you plan to request laundry service, bring a laundry bag or perhaps Lukša could provide one in the future! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Dubrovnik!

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying here. Both before and during our stay Andrea was fantastically helpful. The villa itself will not disappoint - everything is high spec and she has thought of so many things to make your visit easier. For example, when we arrived she had left more than just essentials - cold meat, cheese, bread, butter, jam, coffee, even a box of cereals and some local wine to try. But also things such as toiletries. The view from this Villa is just wonderful and you wake up everyday with a sense of calm just by opening the curtains. Andrea gave us restaurant recommendations, parking places, ideas for things to do which were great. Walk down the hill from the villa and you have a beautiful outdoor bar looking over the sea. And the speedboat tour she recommended was the best day! And the little present as we left really finished it off. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you so much for one of the best holidays we have had.

I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Heaven on earth. we loved every minute of our stay, from our first view of the mountains and oceans to the peaceful tranquility of the area. Wow! Just Wow 👌 The property is clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Frano was a wonderful host, always responsive, but left you to your privacy during your stay. An amazing place which will will certainly return to. I will miss our morning swims in the sea from the small deck below the house and our afternoons lying on the sunbeds in such a peaceful location. a wonderful island and ideal place to explore from. You will need a car, and Frano kindly helped us with this. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer than our three nights. We'll be back, for sure.

Marin’s place was in a peaceful neighborhood that was close enough to visit Dubrovnik during the day. The neighborhood also had walkable restaurants and local beaches that never were too crowded. Marin was never short of recommendations and was always spot on. We’ll never forget the beautiful views with coffee each morning.

Great location, just be prepared to walk down the stairs to old town - it was easy going down, just uber back up ;) Had THE BEST VIEW and the apartment had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again when we go back! Miho was super accommodating too!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!
