Second time here, great location and brilliant host with flexible check in / out times

nice cottage to hire, host was spot on responseive and checked to see we got into property ok. location is ok parking out the front and a small train station about 10 mins walk away. sea view from the bedroom was perfect in the morning, kitchen was well equipped, very good hot shower, comfortable living space and bed, very happy with everything

I had an amazing stay, The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the bed was clean and very comfy, the bathroom was kitted out with any products and toiletries you may need. The reviews don’t do it justice and I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you for the brilliant stay!

Lovely cottage opposite a huge, clean beach. We walked into Barmouth along the beach, where there was a local music festival on over the weekend. Barmouth had plenty to do and we had lovely walks and a ferry ride across the estuary. The cottage was very quiet despite being on the main road. Sharon had left a file with photos showing how she had renovated the cottage and it was really well done. There is a 2 tier back yard which is secure and has a cosy patio area on the top tier which was lovely and sheltered for a sunny evening drink. The cottage is exactly as described and very comfortable.
