A large Edwardian B & B house, with far reaching views of the Dee Estuary, set in several acres of family owned land on the edge of the historic town of Holywell. A full cooked breakfast of the best locally sourced ingredients is included (from 7-9:30am) I am happy to accommodate any dietary requirements, please message me with details prior to arrival. The apartment has a generously equipped kitchenette as well as a full sized fridge with ice box and coffee pod machine allowing you to safely enjoy your holiday. The apartment is situated on a quiet street in the centre of town just a minute from bars restaurants beach and pier.

Vegetarian breakfast provided includes cereals, yogurt, preserves, eggs and home made bread as well as other veggie food Evening meals can be provided at extra charge if ordered in advance (non-veggie, veggie,vegan).

Set within a quiet courtyard Ty Llwyd is part of the former Bala workhouse, dating from around 1836, a recently renovated 3 storey Victorian terrace. Bala is nestled in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park where you can find an abundance of truly stunning landscapes to explore from the doorstep. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house, with all local amenities pubs, shops, cafes within 200 yards.
