Impeccable accommodation very well located in Suances, with all the services nearby, a few steps from a beautiful walk along the banks of Suances for lovers of hiking. The apartment had all the amenities, with welcome details that made us feel at home. They also had a nice touch with my 3-year-old son, which made our stay much more comfortable. Teresa is an excellent host, always looking out for us and giving us a lot of information about places to visit. Without hesitation, we recommend this accommodation, one of the best I have ever stayed in.

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely repeat at his house.

Elena' s place is so beautiful and comfortable. She provides lots of extra special touches like a welcome treat and hand cream and body lotion. The garden is a delightful sanctuary in the centre of an historic, bustling town. Elena was very helpful recommending resturants etc. She is very friendly and thoughtful. We highly recommended staying at Villa Solena.

The accommodation was perfect, very well located, well equipped, very clean. We were greeted by Miguel, with great kindness. The parking in front of the accommodation was perfect for our motorcycles, note that access through the paved alleys a little slippery requires a lot of vigilance.

The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. Everything is new and very clean. Decorated with care and very good taste, and with details for the guests (and for our dog) that we greatly appreciated and that made us feel at home. It is located in an area that is not particularly beautiful and far from the center, but it is very quiet and pleasant, and you could get to the beach right away. The hosts were lovely, they helped us a lot when it came to getting around, it was very well located. They recommended several plans to do with our little one. The views are impressive, several beaches very close, everything great, we have not lacked anything, thank you.

The house was great, very clean and comfortable and decorated and furnished with many personal and attractive touches. Being on the edge of the village, with wonderful views, it felt very private, especially as we used the covered outside seating area for meals. Highly recommended.

The place is wonderful. The location is unbeatable if you are looking for tranquility and intimacy. The house has everything: a porch with a barbecue pergola, garden with a table to have a drink, access to the river next to the house (what my children enjoyed most) and the house itself is very good. I miss a larger common area in the living room, but there is a bar where many chairs come in. The beds are comfortable and also the pillows, which is not common. The house is warm and well insulated. The car can be left at the door (3 cars would easily enter). In short: perfect option for discovering the area. Thank you for everything Toño and thank you for the cider!

Highly recommended place to find peace and quiet if you want, but at the same time very close to many places to visit. We went with children and they had a great time. In one word; tranquility. Very quiet area, if you like silence, this is your place,, nature, peace... The house had everything you need, even a few details. A lot of light, everything clean and tidy, the ideal garden. The balcony area is beautiful and the views nice. The arrival and very easy access, I would happily repeat the same stay again.

Beach within walking distance and plenty of beautiful beaches, nice villages nearby. And the peaks of Europe are just a short drive away. Host is super friendly. Recommended. Luis and Lines' accommodation is perfect for spending a few days in the Asturian East. It is very close to beaches and attractions. In addition, it is beautiful, as shown in the photos, with a very good layout and with views and an outdoor area that are great. Highly recommended

The accommodation perfectly matches the description, it was in impeccable condition and made us feel super comfortable. The garage is in the basement and near the elevator, making it ideal for unloading luggage and for people with reduced mobility. The hosts were very kind at all times, suggesting good recommendations for walking and eating, leaving clear and simple instructions, and they also left us a nice treat to taste. Our stay at Maria Dolores' went very well: the accommodation is extremely clean and the beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is very nice with 2 small children. The big advantage: Maria Dolores is extremely kind and welcoming. Very proactive, and at the same time respectful of our privacy (because she lives in the apartment above). Catherine's apartment is a haven of peace and tranquility. The views from the lounge windows are worth the price alone. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the place has everything you'd need for a long stay. The Usil beach is a 2/3 min walk while the beautiful Liencres dunes, which can be seen from the window, are around. 10 min drive away. All-in-all the apartment is ideally placed to enjoy not just the immediate area but the whole of the Costa Quebrada Geopark too.
