Excellent house, almost like new, with all the amenities to spend several days in the place. Beautiful plot, remarkable quality of the furniture, the beds, and the central heating it has.

Our stay was very good , the house fully complies, very nice surroundings, good games room, good beds , well equipped in general . Jorge is always available for any problems or concerns . Don José and Teresita are very friendly and the pan amasado that they make is very good Highly recommended to go and enjoy with the family and go to rest

It was a pleasure, excellent location, quiet, there are many businesses nearby as well as fast food, squares. We had a great time and it was a quiet place to relax with the privacy it provides and we appreciate the attention, when we arrived it was warm as it was waiting for us with a fire made.

Spectacular, the charm of the south at its finest. A blend of the old and the new. We had a weekend with power outages due to bad weather, but they quickly went and solved the situation with a generator. A gesture that is appreciated, as it allowed us to enjoy despite this strong winter. Comfortable beds, good heating, clean bathrooms, good distribution of spaces. Full kitchen. Resolute and very polite hosts.

A few hours before entering Diego communicated with me and was available for any questions. She took the time to call me to tell me about the nearby places to go to eat and the activities we could do within the complex where the house is located. The house is beautiful, we were with my family to celebrate my father's birthday and everyone was amazed, it is very spacious and super equipped, nothing is missing. One of the many details we liked is that it has a montessori style room with a double bed, a cot and a carpet for the kids to play (it comes equipped with toys). Everything in the house is top quality, my brother and his family travel a lot and we were told that they had never been to such a complete and luxurious Airbnb. We were so delighted with the house and the city that we are surely going back.

In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped: it has an electric heater, a coffee maker with coffee beans, an electric oven, ice, spices and everything you need to feel at home. We were able to enjoy lunch on the balcony, taking advantage of the sunny day, a real luxury. The place is very quiet, no noise is heard, ideal for resting. The cabin had everything you needed, furniture, kitchen utensils, a clean and tidy bathroom and bedroom. Hot water. It's very close to the center, about 3 minutes by car. There are several businesses, restaurants, and waterfalls 12 minutes away. Matylde welcomed us very warmly, she made us a fire, and the sack of wood she left us was enough for the whole day. We just didn't get a response to know the check-out time, although the page says 11:00 am, we wanted to confirm it. The price is very good.

The hostess has been looking forward to making our stay pleasant. She provided everything we could need and was very kind. He even offered to light the fire on one day that rained a lot and lowered the temperature. The accommodation has everything you need. Everything was very clean. The kitchen/dining area looked somewhat bigger in the photos. In general, it's not too spacious but enough to spend a few days. We were very comfortable and recommend it to other guests.

Everything is perfect, Debora is very attentive and concerned, she always kept in touch to deliver relevant information. The apartment is the same as the photographs, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, very comfortable and is located about 15 minutes from downtown by car, in a very quiet, expeditious and easily accessible area. I would definitely come back.

Arturo and Fernanda's house in Frutillar is simply spectacular. Totally built in wood, it seems to float over Lake Llanquihue, offering a breathtaking view. Arturo and Fernanda's attention was impeccable, they took care of every detail to make sure our stay was perfect. The house is equipped with everything you need, as well as having a modern and carefully selected decor. The region is also fascinating, with lots of activities and places to discover, such as Lavanda Park, Frutillar, Puerto Varas and of course Lake Llanquihue. This place has it all: an amazing home, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Arturo and Fernanda. Highly recommend!
