Beautiful, peaceful location and the cottage was lovely. Everything looked and felt brand new, the interiors were beautiful. The entire space was accessible friendly and we had a lovely stay. The place had a cow shed theme which made it extra special! Highly recommend!

Tranquil retreat overlooking Teifi Valley

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What an unforgettable escape! Thank you for sharing this beautiful slice of Welsh countryside with us. The peaceful off-grid setting was exactly what was needed- from making fires under the stars and roasting marshmallows, to relaxing by the wood burner inside and watching the wildlife; every moment was a joy. Exploring the woods was beautiful and it kept our two boys age 7 and 9 entertained. The hunt you did for them around the grounds was lovely and they really enjoyed it, such a nice thing for you to do for them. It’s clear how much love and care you have put into the retreat. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and for all of our lovely arrival treats. You were such lovely hosts to have. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Quiet farm stay in welsh countryside

We have a lovely relaxing stay. The cottage is peaceful and has wonderful views. There were lovely homely touches such as fresh eggs and sweet treats left for us from the host. It was a short drive to Lampeter and easy to find. Highly recommend this place :)

Bwthyn Gilfach in West Wales - rural not cut-off

KerenRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We had a wonderful visit and would definitely like to stay again. We loved the upside-down nature of the house, the views from the lounge and garden, plus the existence of an ev charging point - which is very rare in our experience. And the Welsh cakes and milk added to the very warm welcome we received. Diolch!

luxurious 4 bed retreat with spectacular views

AnnaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
An outstanding location and extremely well finished property, with lots of thoughtful touches - even spare bowls for the dog. The house has a fabulous outdoor area and well equipped kitchen. Everything was very comfortable - the kids loved the big lawn and feeding the ponies. We enjoyed having a go with the pizza oven outside. Hosts Adrian and Mary are lovely and we loved our stay. This part of Wales was new to us and it has lots of pretty seaside towns and good places to walk and eat. We would like to return!

Cosy self-catering annexe

ElsaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
we just had the most lovely stay with our two dogs! the place was lovely and quiet and peacefully and the hosts were really friendly and accomodating. just a warning to dog owners with little pickles that like to dig or eat things they are not supposed to, that they do have a vegetable patch with strawberries next to the annex, which is fine and very sweet but on more than one occasion had to lure our puppy away with treats so our lovely hosts garden did not get dug up or half eaten! otherwise what a lovely place to stay in one of the most beautiful parts of the world!
