Beautiful barn in a valley & river

El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad con todos los supermercados y restaurantes!

The Queralt Tower is located in Plans de Sió, in the Queralt district (55 min from Barcelona, 55 min from Sitges, 1 h from Andorra, 35 min from the AVE station in Lleida). Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
