A traditional quarryman's semi detached cottage which has recently been renovated to a high standard. It has a traditional lounge with a modern kitchen leading out to a decked area overlooking a river at the rear. Here you'll find a new 6 person hot tub bubbling away, ready for your relaxation. The 2 larger bedrooms (king & double) both have en suite bathrooms. The smaller third bedroom can be set up as a king or 2 single beds, and is near the family bathroom. Sorry - no smoking and no pets.

There is a self catering well equipped kitchen (4 ring hob, Oven, Grill, Toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, espresso maker, Etc. Etc.) , Log burner (Wood is provided) , Wifi (fast fibre Internet), TV etc.

Our house is in the centre of Llanberis on a quiet back street, less than five minutes walk from the High street were bars, restaurants, cafes and shops and 15 minutes from the bottom of the Llanberis path route up Snowdon

A large outdoor deck features comfortable seating arranged around a central fire pit. Scenic views of mountains and greenery extend into the distance, with a quiet playing field visible below. Natural light and clear skies enhance the inviting outdoor space.
