Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

traditional quarrymans cottage in heart of Easdale island -an island with no roads or cars . Set in a quiet corner it has a private sunny back garden with views over the quarry to the sea. The cottage has been refurbished in a vintage style throughout with retro 60s kitchen . The cottage is warm , comfortable and equipped for 21 century living. It has wifi, dishwasher , sat tv. A place to relax, watch nature and explore the west coast . Sleeps 2 in either a double or twin beds .

The lodge is open plan with plenty of space and has its own private driveway, front door, living area, fully fitted kitchen and shower room. Tea and coffee is supplied for your comfort. Take advantage of the decking area, experience 360 degree peaceful views of Dun Leacainn and surrounding hills while watching the wildlife and capture great memories. On a clear evening the stars fill the sky. The walks directly around the lodge are full of history and stunning views including a waterfall.

This newly built idyllic hillside seclusion for two nestles on the side of Ben Cruachan, one of Scotland’s most prestigious munros. Featuring a traditional log burning stove, Odhrán Lodge, at St Conan's Escape, offers an en-suite king size bedroom, along with a kitchen & dining area – all elements required for a perfect romantic getaway. There are so many activities to enjoy during your stay. These include walking, climbing, munro bagging, biking and taking in some of the stunning wildlife.

Wee Coo Byre

Converted former byre in bucolic surroundings. Located just outside the village of Strachur, it is an ideal stop for anyone walking the Cowal Way and is close to the unexplored mountains of Cowal and the beautiful Loch Eck and Loch Fyne. The little cottage shares a garden with the main house (where I live most of the time) and is set amongst mature trees, rippling burns and abundant wildlife including chirruping birds, red squirrels and pine martens. A lovely place to unwind and relax.

Maida's cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ford, close to Loch Ederline. There is a private driveway to the cottage with a farm gate to keep the sheep on the hill. There is ample parking and a gated/fenced private garden. Although on the edge of the village, Maida's cottage feels remote with a rather stunning backdrop. There are many hills to walk. There is no TV or WiFi, this is a cosy getaway from hectic lives so sit back and enjoy the log fire with a good book.

Luing Cabin is nestled between Inverliever Forest and a clearing that leads down to the majestic Loch Awe. It's one of the many cabins dotted around the woods and loch side here by the friendly village of Dalavich. The area is perfect for lovers of the outdoor life, and is a great place for fishing, kayaking, hiking, cycling and wild swimming. A place to get away from it all, slow down, relax and explore. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. The Bothan

Relax in this calm, stylish space on the Isle of Kerrera and explore the beautiful and wild landscape. The ideal island getaway for couples or lone adventurers. The island is easily accessible by the nearby Calmac passenger ferry from Gallanach, near the mainland town of Oban.

It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains.
