Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. Woodend is a beautiful detached cottage, built in the late 1800's and is one of the last remaining original cottages in Carrick Castle, but recently fully refurbished. The property is a 2 minute walk from the shores of Loch Goil and surrounded by mountains. It has its own enclosed garden and private driveway. It is easily accessible by car, being a 1 hour 15 minute drive from Glasgow airport, taking you along the stunning shores of Loch Lomond.
