The Zolderloft is a beautiful loft where the historical elements such as the wooden beams of the monumental building contribute to the charming and luxurious feeling of this space. The loft overlooks the Zaadmarkt and the courtyard and consists of a large open space with extensive kitchenette and furnished with a dining table, cozy sitting area and spacious double bed. There is also a bathtub, which gives the space an extra luxurious character. There is also a separate bathroom with toilet and spacious shower.

This is my cottage and I have worked hard over the past year to renovate it and make it nice and cozy. It is located in the middle of the historic city center of Zutphen, within walking distance of the station. The large windows offer beautiful views of the old bakery across the street and the whole street. The house features a new spacious open kitchen. I like to live here and share my house with love with people who want to enjoy a warm home atmosphere and Zutphen and the surrounding area.
