We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!
