During the renovation, we paid great attention to the preservation of details, such as oiled wooden planks and brick floors, antique tiled stoves and hand-painted clay ceilings and walls, which are interspersed with half-timbering. The cozy atmosphere is created by interesting antique and contemporary furniture, which form a gem. With friends or family, it is an ideal place to slow down.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. My house is quiet and interestingly located directly on the dune forest. The swimming beach is about 5 minutes walk through the forest. The house is built in year 2002. A car parking space is right by the house. We rent 2 apartments. Ferienwohnung Möwe is located on the upper floor and has a balcony with seating. The kitchen is as shown in the pictures, equipped with everything you need for cooking on vacation, only you have to shop yourself :)

Idyllic bungalow

The modernly furnished bungalow offers space for 2 adults and a separate bedroom for restful nights. The cozy sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option if needed. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can comfortably take care of yourself. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee through the campsite operator. The small terrace invites you to relax and unwind. For hygienic reasons, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.
