We had a wonderful stay. The surroundings are beautiful; Hillary is an excellent host; the property is super clean; and its location is perfect. Great restaurants, wineries, outdoor activities, Gold Rush history and unique shops are all close by.

Very nice, and was close to our work. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

My father and I had a wonderful stay. The Airbnb was well decorated, extremely clean, and perfect for us. We were able to relax on the couch and outside in the backyard. The host was responsive and very kind-provided yummy snacks, sparkling water, coffee/tea, and fruits. Quiet location and close to everything we needed. I would stay here again!

I had a great stay here and would definitely stay again! I had asked a Sacramento local about which neighborhood I should stay in and she said East Sac. I found this place and it was perfect for my stay. Private entrance and never heard or saw the downstairs residents. Beautiful neighborhood with some fantastic restaurants and cafes (I loved Kru, Canon, and Pachamama!). I enjoyed walking around the stunning neighborhood and park. Easy quick drive to the grocery stores. I always found parking super easily. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Communication was incredibly fast. Would highly recommend!

This place was super nice and cozy. It was a very easy and comfortable place to stay. I will try to secure this spot again in future trips.

We were able to check in early. Safe, nice neighborhood. Liked the air flow (breeze) with all windows and balcony door open. Will stay again next time we are in West Sac.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location and I plan to stay there every time. I’m in town if I’m able. Very sweet, pretty little home. Perfect for a single person or a couple.

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

Very comfortable stay. Secure because it is gated. Responsive host. Lot of restaurants nearby. Easy access to places. I would stay here again. The unit does not have a washer and dryer. Deborah suggested using her housekeeper to do laundry for a small fee. I did not have the need, but it was good to know someone was available. The internet download speeds are too slow ( 6 mbs compared to the average of 300 mbs for most Wi-Fi services. Deborah is aware and is addressing the issue. Finally, my only regret is that I did not get enough time to play with Lola, her delightful yellow lab. She is adorable.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

Jennifer’s place was just as described: neat, quiet, private. Easy entry, exactly matched photos and description. Centrally located in town, close to roads/hiways to access the many local wineries and dining options in town and in other towns nearby. Jennifer was very responsive and easy to work with. One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place in the heart of Sacramento, close to everything walking distance and easy Uber ride if walking is not your thing l. Check in was easy, place very cleasln and the host very responsive. We got an easy parking for out rental car since it was the weekend. Would stay here again for sure.

Denise was a great host. She met with me at check-in and walked me through her home which was great. The room was comfortable and private. Sometimes parking is hard to find but the complex is well lit so I always felt safe, however, I did need a flashlight to unlock the doors to the unit and my room at night. Overall my week there was great and I highly recommend Denise as a host.

This was a great place to stay. Austin was very helpful with everything and responded always almost immediately.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Our stay (3 ladies weekend wine tasting getaway) was wonderful. The front of the Shopkeepers Cottage was very unassuming when we parked in front of the the old green storefront. The walk down the hallway did not reveal any secrets of what laid ahead. When we unlocked the actual door to the residence we were amazed as we saw a lovely private and tastefully decorated French country home away from home . The place was very clean and large. Both bedrooms were huge and tastefully decorated. This place is centrally located and well appointed. The kitchen was very nice and had every pot and pan required to cook if you are so inclined to do so. Communication via text was easy if we had a question and was cheerfully answered. This was not our first visit to Amador City but our first stay at this Airbnb. We would definitely recommend staying here on your visit to wine country.
