Beautiful apartment in a panoramic position overlooking the beautiful hills of Oltrepò. Elisabetta is very kind and helpful, attentive to her guests' needs and never intrusive. Recommended!!

We had a great time! The house is very nice and the view is beautiful. Nicola was the best house you could wish for. He was always available, very polite and helped us with many requests. We will book it again and can recommend it!

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

Great place, beautiful view, garage for the car. Private garden and a swimming pool just next to the side gate. You need to have a car to get to other places but still it is awesome place to stay. I could not set up air conditioning to increase the temperature so it is worth to ask how to do it.

We had a lovely time in this fantastic place and would like to thank both Ornella and Matteo for their kind hospitality. The landscape view is beautiful as a painting and the house is perfect with interesting vintage interiour, and plenty of space for a family with two teenagers. We got great advice of excursions and near-by restaurants and would like to add to the list - La Rava e La Fava (12 min by car) for a nice local lunch menu and Solo pizze & company (9 min) for great pizzas, Napoletana style. We spent too few days here, could have stayed much longer, also considering the nice pool area, calm garden and breakfast and aperetivo in the pergola facing a garden of white roses and the magnificent view. Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very generous balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but you will not be bothered by that inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. Silvia and her family were very nice and warm and we were greeted with a champagne. The accommodation was wonderful and perfectly maintained. The house was clean and very cozy. Above all, the outdoor area was a dream. There were many opportunities to relax and lie by the pool. We didn't miss anything and we felt absolutely comfortable. We highly recommend the place.

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Excellently equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bath items, everything is available. Super, super and super again. Always happy to come back.😉 Thanks for everything.😉😘

Picturesque setting! Villa felt like home!

Anna’s place was wonderful for our family - we felt super comfortable and at home. We loved the view from each of the balconies, where we watched fireworks almost nightly. The kids loved playing in the yard and watching deer munch on grass in the yard at times. Anna went above and beyond for both us adults and the kids with little gifts upon arrival, which made us feel super welcome. The location was also perfect for a base to explore the region and access to restaurants was very convenient. We would definitely return and highly recommend Anna’s place for anyone looking for a place in the Como area. Thanks again Anna for your hospitality!

The accommodation was incredibly good! The equipment was particularly above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

O. M. G. Andrea was the best host! When you think “host with the most” that’s him. He was the most responsive, kind, generous and amazing host we have ever encountered. The place was GORGEOUS. With the most wonderful view and right down the road was a perfect “beach” where we ate at a few times and spent the day to soak up the sun and water. He checked in on us every morning and evening making sure we didn’t need anything and offered the most generous things. We can’t wait to come back and visit Andrea and his beautiful home again. 10/10 recommend (even though this place is so perfect, part of me wants to gate-keep it 😉) BOOK THIS PLACE! Literal perfection.

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Amazing apartment and amazing host. The apartment on a next level its very clean and big and has all the things you need and more. The details of arranging the apartment was spot on. Addition to that the hosts were very friendly and helpful from the moment we reached until we left. My family and i had a great time we will definitely book again in the same apartment if we come back to como.

Everything about this place is perfect. Just be warned if you are wanting to be right near a city it is about a 1.5 mile walk. But that also means you are closer to little beach areas which were awesome!

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Serene location that is even more beautiful than the pictures. The proactive instructions were super helpful and our family enjoyed the walk to the villa and throughout the lovely neighborhood. The view outside each window, the patio and the villa itself was pristine. We enjoyed wine and snacks with a phenomenal view and peace. Thank you for a wonderful stay and sharing your piece of paradise!

Our stay could not have been better!!! Cinzia and her family are wonderful people and have prepared an apartment with great care and refinement. It is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, cozy, beautiful, well decorated. We had a great weekend with the family! I highly recommend it!

we had such a great stay here. House is so cozy and pretty. Sparking clean and very well equiped. The host is very friendly and responsive. They met with us and helped us to park. The view on lake is breathtaking!

We had a great time here. The appartment, right next to the forest, has a fantastic outside space and is also spatious inside. Everything you need is there (airco, well equipped kitchen, etc). Multiple lounge chairs in the garden and we could even pick tomatoes and blackberries. Roberto is incredibly nice and we felt very well taken care of. He was very responsive and super flexible with our late arrival. There was also a lot of food and he even gave us fresh breads multiple times and homemade focaccia. Yes, the road to the cottage is a bit of a challenge (steep, unpaved and crosses a small river) but Roberto shows you exactly how to drive it so it is definitely doable. Some days we just parked down the road and walked up which also worked fine. The only downsides we could think of were the barking dogs in the neighbourhood and the slightly slow wifi. But that was definitely worth it for this amazing stay!
