Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

This place has great potential and the host has put a lot into providing good amenities (hot tub, great fence, lighting, firewood, fully stocked kitchen, park pass & lots of local suggestions). Could use a bit of cosmetic updating to really make it perfect, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The location is very private and extremely close to Lodi Point State Park. It’s not close to restaurants, but there are numerous wineries within 15 minutes. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Kathryn was great before, during, and after our stay… always proactive and reaching out to see if everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house was beautiful, very clean with spotless towels and sheets, and close to endless vineyards with great sunsets. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place near Seneca Lake.

We cannot say enough positive things about staying here! First, this location is AMAZING. It is so private, but you are at great wineries and breweries within a minute. We enjoyed making a fire each night and looking at the stars because the space was cleared out and gave a great view of the sky. Then, we could make our way into the tent where we could feel close to nature...it was so quiet and peaceful! We hiked down to the plunge pools and took a cold plunge, and we were able to be at so many great locations within a short drive. If you're used to camping and being in the outdoors, this is such a great way to experience the Finger Lakes region!

My family and I were in town for a family wedding, and Brianna’s home was the perfect place for our stay. It was even more gorgeous than the photos and had everything we needed. They have done an amazing job with restoration and everything was very clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, etc. We were a party of 8 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space. We enjoyed the huge yard for games, the fire pit which included fire wood and chairs, and all of the beautiful details throughout the home. It was hard to choose a favorite room because they all had their own unique charm. Everything about the home felt comfortable and warm. The beds were comfortable. We had a tight schedule so didn’t have a lot of time to explore the area but lots of wineries/breweries/hiking very close by so it is an ideal area. We all kept saying that it was the nicest place we have ever stayed at! We may have to come back to the area just to stay again :) Thank you Brianna!
