Parking space for 1 car. The Lodge is equipped with heating, air conditioning, WiFi, kitchen, bathroom and a made bed of 140x200 cm and towels. The size of the Lodge is 3x6 m, of which one meter is a covered outdoor kitchen. Wildlife lookout point around the corner! Restaurants and bike rentals are within walking distance. Public transportation 10-15 min.

The luxurious and stylish accommodation is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can step onto a SUP or into a canoe.

De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard.
