Two living rooms; Private TV room with sliding door, and a quieter living room area overlooking Hafslovatnet, Solvornsnipa, Haugmelen and Storehaugen Two bathrooms; the main bathroom has a washing machine. Side by side with the apple trees in an old, organic orchard – the oldest part on our farm, «Fretheim Gard» – you'll find it: Beautifully situated by the fjord in Flåm, only a short walk from the center of Flåm and station area. The cabin is architect-designed by Stiv Kuling and was completed in 2023. It's built entirely of Norwegian pine. A modern, bright, and comfortable cabin with stunning views, a peaceful location, and close to hiking trails and natural attractions.

Flåm Retreat - Exclusive and sustainable mini-house

Flåm Retreat's minihouse is a sustainable and exclusive cabin designed by Snøhetta, with a focus on reducing human impact on nature. Enjoy panoramic views of Flåmsdalen, tranquility, and some of the world’s most stunning scenery. The mini-house has two double beds and sleeps four comfortably. A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.

The use of a boat with a small outboard is included in the price, unfortunately not in winter. Wifi, satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, clothes washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.
