Own small cozy house in Borlänge

A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bed linens and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bikes in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Huset finns på en av de många kulturhistorisk värdefulla gårdarna i den gamla stadsdelen Östanfors i Falun. 2 km till Lugnet (9 minuter med bil). 50 meter till vatten med möjlighet till dopp och intill ligger den mysiga parken Kålgården. Där finns sandstrand (inte officiell badplats), stor lekplats, beachvolleybollplan, grillplats, bord, bänkar, minigolf, boulebana, utegym och stor hundrastgård.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Välkommen till vår fristående stuga på 24 m² med egen terrass, belägen i lugnt villakvarter. Stugan är praktiskt och trivsamt inredd. Gratis parkering 30 min till Romme Alpin. Sovrum med 2 enkelsängar, 1 bäddsoffa och soffbord, lite fällbart matbord med 3 stolar, badrum med wc & dusch. Kök. Snabbt Wi-Fi. Lakan, påslakan, örngott, handdukar finns, gästen bäddar själv. Städning utförs av hyresgästen.

Double bed on the sleeping loft and bunk bed that is best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.

Bo bekvämt i detta nyrenoverade boende , det finns en enkel säng 120/200 och en extra säng 80/200 och en bäddsoffa från Mio som är 140/200 ( se bilder ). Denna boende är nära Lugnet 10 min promenad, 20 min promenad till sjukhuset och 20 promenad till centrum och 5 min promenad till närmaste matbutik.Parkering finns som är kostnadsfritt.Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.
