This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
