Bright studio on the 2nd floor of a residence secured by digicode and elevator. Located within walking distance, 7 minutes from Benoît beach and 11 minutes from Pouliguen train station. Equipped kitchen and all linens are provided (sheets, towels and dish towel). All shops are nearby (400 m). you have a private parking space at the foot of the residence and a closed common bicycle garage. Weekly bookings in July and August from Saturday to Saturday.
