the apartment is faithful to the listing, very functional with the small terrace. Located in a cul-de-sac, the place is very quiet, easy to access and no parking problems. Not far from the slate quarries for beautiful walks.

I stayed for a week at Pierre-Alexandre's and the accommodation was perfectly suited to my needs (in the immediate vicinity of the tram and for a reasonable budget). The accommodation was particularly clean and well arranged! I highly recommend it,

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Thank you Jordane and Stephane for an amazing stay!

What can I say about Thierry and his place other than it was a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for more. Location was tranquil, Thierry was extremely helpful and friendly, and the way he had meticulously and lovingly renovated the property really showed. We had a great stay and hope to visit again.

Isabelle is friendly, punctual, accommodating and responsive. This stay was a gift for my parents. We had already done this and we had the idea to offer them. Like us , they thought the place was atypical and amazing. A soothing and easy-to-reach place. A clean and well-equipped place. Nearby there is Saumur and the zoo to visit. the area is very friendly. And thank you again to the responsive hosts whose access details are clear

Julien's place is AMAZING. Spacious, bright, cozy, with 70s very pretty decorations. It was a huge pleasure to live here. I was there for a professional stay, and the place was ideal for work but also for rest. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is a few minutes from the city center. Recommended!

Benjamin was very accommodating and responsive because we arrived a little early. Perfect accommodation for 1 night's stay. We would recommend it in a second!

We had a pleasant night in this accommodation, very clean and our arrival with a small welcome booklet to tell us everything, the host is very responsive by message which is very pleasant. Towels as well as toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, comb) were available in the bathroom. Pretty spacious and bright studio. I really recommend it and we won't hesitate to come back if needed 😉

We have stayed at least three times in this accommodation and we are satisfied. It is ideally located in a pedestrian street in the center with covered parking 50 m away. The only small downside is the tram passing by but it's not really annoying. We can't have everything... We'll be back for our next stay.

The space is large and comfortable. It's as described. Good location close to the city center. Jean-Charles is a very nice and welcoming host.

Excellent stay at François's, accommodation both impeccably clean and functional. Quiet neighborhood, easy and secure parking with private parking space. Really nothing to repeat. We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!

We spent two very good nights at Frédérique's during our bike trip on the Loire. The apartment is clean, very well arranged and really comfortable: it's a real pleasure to come back at the end of the day. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare good meals (oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, etc.) and coffee. The spacious and quiet terrace is a real asset. The accommodation is well located: a supermarket is nearby, and the city center is within walking distance. A bike room is also available, which was very convenient and reassuring for us to know our bikes are safe and secure. Frédérique was an available, welcoming and very flexible host. We would definitely recommend this place to stay!
