Ce logement, voisin de notre habitation, est équipé pour une famille avec jeunes enfants. Il est proche des commerces et de la base de loisirs (à 20 m de la plage). La maison se situe au bord du plan d'eau de Tuffé (pêche, baignade surveillée en juillet et août, ainsi que navigation autorisée). Tuffé se situe au cœur du Perche Sarthois, à 35 mn du Mans et de son légendaire circuit des 24h, à 1h de la Flèche et de son médiatique zoo. La sortie d'autoroute la plus proche se trouve à 5mn.
