The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The property features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²), and a large, air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
