Cozy year-round house used as a cottage in the North Jutland holiday town of Løkken. Located just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the city center. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with room for 6 people and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

Backyard ☀️🏡⛱️ In the backyard of our townhouse, there is a newly built and cozy annex with high ceilings. Close to the beach, city and shopping, and with its own terrace, where dinner can be grilled and enjoyed until the last rays of the sun. There is room for 4 adults, divided into one bedroom on the ground floor and in addition a loft on the 1st floor. The annex has its own terrace and entrance, but includes the possibility of a "good morning" to us, as it is located in our backyard 👫🏼👋🏻 Free parking on public roads.

There is direct access to a beautiful west-facing terrace with views of the dunes and the city's rooftops. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Sommerhuset Selma er beliggende midt i et fredet naturområde i Kettrup Bjerge. Her kan man finde roen og komme helt ned i gear. Området er egnet til aktiviteter i naturen, og der findes masser af stier til både cykling og vandring. Huset er opført i 1975, og den oprindelige stil er forsøgt bevaret. Her er ingen luksus, men masser af ro og mulighed for nærvær. I køreafstand fra huset ligger Blokhus og Løkken, som byder på masser af kultur og spisesteder. Hund velkommen, men kun på gulvet 😀

Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
