Rosemary Barn

Rosemary Barn is a beautifully presented two bedroom barn conversion on a working arable farm in the picturesque rural village of Conington, just 15 minutes from Cambridge and a convenient location for travel to Addenbrooke’s hospital. Conington is home to The White Swan pub which won the Cambridge and District CAMRA Rural Community pub of the year 2023. The barn has been tastefully renovated to include original beams and features but with all modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay.

With spectacular views of the championship golf course, this sophisticated lodge is perfect for a family holiday, a golf break or a luxury spa break. Situated at Cambridge Country Club, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool, a workout in the gym or a round of golf. The lodge itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 luxuriously appointed bathrooms. There is a fantastic kitchen, beautiful decked area for outside entertaining, and finally a bubbling hot tub from where to enjoy the views.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Our 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

It benefits from off-street parking and an enclosed garden. Excellent transport links to both Cambridge and St Ives. Perfect location for walking, cycling or birding enthusiasts. Located in the pretty village of Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire. Less than 2 miles away from the historic market town of St.Ives and just 10 miles away from the stunning city of Cambridge this ideally placed bolt hole is in the perfect location for exploring the area. Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.
