The Casetta.

Our family will welcome you with joy in the old barn next to our house. Here you can enjoy the tranquility just a stone's throw from Verona and Lake Garda, surrounded by the vineyards of Valpolicella. "La Casetta" is spread across 2 levels. Entrance with living area, kitchenette and small bathroom. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom, a wardrobe, and a bathroom. The property is equipped with a queen-size sofa bed, a dishwasher, a washing machine, satellite TV, and air conditioning.

NEW 2022: Boiler for Hot Shower outdoor and new Lithium Battery! The Wilderness Cabin in Calagno is a unique destination not suitable for everybody: electric power is generated by a solar panel but with a small battery so if it's not sunny you could easily run out of electricity; the only way to reach the Cabin is to walk on a trail for 1.45/2h from the Falmenta parking area. But for those who are looking for a deep wilderness experience, this is the best choice to go for! Nature, only nature.

Artist's loft. Original and private

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Atelier of Piero Gauli, Italian painter of the 1900s. Paintings, books and collections in a former barn renovated in the 1990s with design elements of the time. A beautiful garden with a splendid view of Lake Lugano (also reachable on foot in 40 minutes), the Romanesque church of San Pancrazio and the Valle d'Intelvi, an ideal place for scenic excursions in unspoiled nature a few km from Milan, Como and Lugano. On the top of a hill, surrounded by vineyards and crops, stands the barn of "Torre Scilano", an enchanting place, located along the "Bregaglia" road, whose background is the Acquafraggia waterfalls. A site that is not only natural, but also historical-archaeological, as the barn stands on the remains of ancient Piuro, a thriving city buried by a landslide in September 1618. This particular historical building is closely linked to the agricultural-cultural territory.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
