Holiday rentals with lake access in Lombardy

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

The accommodation is even prettier than in the photos! Quiet, very clean and good location. Carmen was very kind and gave good advice.

Everything was perfect, very clean, comfortable The kitchen is very well equipped. And our favorite place is the balcony with an extraordinary view! A nice, neat apartment, you feel very good. Thank you for these hours of happiness!

We had the best time at Lorena, Carlo and Nicola’s place! The view is absolutely stunning, even better than the photos. The porch and garden are spacious and luxurious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Everything within the apartment is good quality - Lorena, Carlo and Nicola have thought of everything! They are very friendly and helpful, and even treated us to a delicious homemade lasagna and tiramisu on our first night, which was so appreciated after a big day of travel. Carlo also drove us to the ferry station on our last morning so we didn’t have to walk with our luggage. Thank you so much Lorena, Carlo and Nicola!

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Such an amazing place right at the lake side, so peaceful & beautiful. Apartment was clean, tidy, very bright, we enjoyed big windows. Chirping of the birds early morning while having coffee on the terrace was music for our ears. We celebrated mini honeymoon here & did not regret. Only thing we regret is not staying longer. Thanks Mattia!

Apartment was perfect and Fabio was a wonderful host!! Very proactive and responsive, especially with information about the train closing on the day that we were planning on leaving and how to adjust!

It was a great stay, there were bugs that would fly in at night somehow and stick to the ceiling but other then that it was comfortable.

The apartment is perfect and the view from the balcony is stunning! Such a beautiful town and Stefano was a great host - I definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay when visiting lake como :)

This was my favorite place to stay on our trip! I LOVED being on the lakefront! DEFINITELY recommend!!

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

I don't remember when we stayed in such a great Airbnb. The space is awesome. The view was fantastic, so you didn't want to leave the house at all. The place was very clean, everything was in very good condition, there was everything we needed. Federico gave us restaurant tips, which were also very helpful. Located in a small nice village with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!

Stunning views from our balcony and such great hosts, always responsive and allowed us to drop our bags earlier so we could enjoy our short time in Como. The apartment is located on the 5th floor right on the lake so the balcony is the perfect place for a glass of wine or a coffee. We also had a delicious pizza in a local restaurant recommended by our hosts.

Had the best time in Emanuela's apartment! She was so accommodating when we arrived earlier in the day, allowing us to drop our bags off so we didn't have to carry them about. Once we checked in, she was so helpful with local recommendations and tips. The apartment itself is stunning, right on the waterfront and has so much charm and personality! It allows for easy access to the busier parts of the lake, yet is in a peaceful area! Would entirely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit, and will hopefully visit again at some point in the future!

Wonderful house in a great location!

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

We arrived a little earlier and were able to enter the cottage. We were kindly received and furthermore we had all the privacy and tranquility. Her cottage is simple but equipped with every comfort. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The various seats in the garden and the nice canopy. We were also allowed to use the washing machine, very nice. The area is worthwhile. Enough to see and do and wonderful for walking and cycling.

The accommodation is sufficiently large with a bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. the location is fantastic with a view of the lake and a small beach is also in the immediate vicinity:) The accommodation was clean and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. we will be happy to come back

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Germana and Carlo have one of the most beautiful accommodations for us in this beautiful spot. The cottage is super clean, furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The green meadows around it with a view of the mountains are simply wonderful. Lake Ledro is just around the corner and hiking is also great here. We enjoyed the week with our two small children very much and would like to thank Germana and her husband once again. They had plenty of excursion destinations and restaurant tips ready and were very kind and accommodating.
