Geitsetra

Recharge your batteries in this unique place, Geitsetra, right under Skagsnebb, in the middle of Jotunheimen. Here you have many of the famous 2000 meter peaks in Jotunheimen right outside the door, a great starting point for both hiking and skiing. From Sep/Oct there is no running water so we bring water in cans to the farm until the turn of the month May/June. This was originally a goat farm, but now the barn is empty and on the 2nd floor there is a spacious apartment, but great views. If you have any questions, please let me know🙂.

Sengekle(sateng)/håndkle fra lokalt renseri kan leies for 175kr pr person

Velkommen til vårt koselige tømmerhus i Skjåk! Her bor dere i eget privat hus med alle fasiliteter: stort bad m/vaskemaskin, nytt velutstyrt kjøkken m/oppvaskmaskin, soverom med dobbeltseng, samt sovesofa i stue, - soveplasser for 4 personer. Stuen er lys og romslig med god takhøyde, spiseplass for fire stykker, vedovn, og en nydelig klebersteinspeis for hygge og kos på kjøligere kvelder! Dere kommer til ferdig oppredde senger, rene håndklær, og full nedvask inkludert, - her er det bare å bo!

The cottage is spacious and well equipped which provides good opportunities for a fantastic holiday summer and winter. It has panorama mountain view and is right next to the national park and Galhøpiggen at 1000 meters above sea level. There are 3 bedrooms with high quality double beds and two single beds in the hall. Bathroom with shower and a room with bathtub. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for those who love food. Two large terraces with great views to the 2000 meters mountains.

Perfekt utgangspunkt for fjellturer og aktiviteter. Panoramautsikt over elva Ottaelv og fjellene💛Lite hus fra 1939 restaurert i 2004 til hytte. Alle nødvendige fasiliteter. Sorrounded by the national parks Breheimen, Reinheimen and Jotunheimen, and short distance to Lom, Galdhøpiggen, Stryn, Geiranger and Sogn. Peaceful and quiet, with a good distance from the neighbours. Close to nature with animal and birdlife right up to the stairs. Hiking right outside the door, everything from easy hikes in flat terrain on the way to many peaks of 2000 meters. 230 waters and 250km. rivers to fish in. Ask if you need trip suggestion, tips for activities, literature or maps.

Gamlestugu – a cozy log cabin in Skjåk

Gamlestugu er et sjarmerende tømmerhus fra 1800 tallet på ca 50 kvm. Det ligger på gården Søre Gjeilo i Skjåk kommune 7 km fra Lom. Ca 10 km fra Bismo. Gamlestugu inneholder stue/kjøkken, to soverom, et bad og en liten gang. Ett soverom har dobbeltseng og ett med køyeseng, 4 sengeplasser totalt. Her er det wifi og tv. Kjæledyr er velkomne. Hytta ligger like ved Gjeilo Camping. Det er sengetøy og håndklær inkludert i prisen. Utvask er inkludert i prisen. Hjertelig velkommen!

Renovated cowshed from the 1800s. The barn is part of a small courtyard and is conveniently located with a short distance to many national parks. This is the place for 2 people who want to relax, enjoy themselves and enjoy good food. Breakfast basket at the door is a must! View from the bed and short distance to toilet and shower. Our own Fjell Pub is also on site. Our SagaFjøl is very popular, a taste of the mountain consisting of cheese and sausage. No dogs are allowed in these cabins. The cottage is located on a small hill, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. Beitostølen is a walking distance away with all its offers and opportunities. Great hiking terrain and in the immediate vicinity of the cottage. Pets are allowed.
