Gamlestugu – a cozy log cabin in Skjåk

Gamlestugu is a charming 19th-century log cabin of about 50 sqm (538 sq. ft.). It is located on the farm Søre Gjeilo in Skjåk municipality 7 km from Lom. About 10 km from Bismo. Gamlestugu has a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small hallway. One bedroom has a double bed and one with a bunk bed, 4 beds in total. Here there is wifi and TV. Pets are welcome. The cabin is located close to Gjeilo Camping. There are linnen and towels included in the price. The final cleaning is included in the price. Warm Welcome!

The cabin, which is our second home, is personally decorated and has a high standard. The cottage is located on a small hill, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. Olavstøga is a two-storey log house from 1840. We have spent a good six months renovating the entire house inside. Here you will find all modern facilities, but all in the old style, so you get a good, old-fashioned atmosphere in this old, venerable house. Outside there is a large porch with dining area. Beautiful view of the lake Vangsmjøsa and the surrounding mountains - here you can find peace!
