Holiday rentals with a patio in London Borough of Barnet

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

The apartment has everything you need for your stay. It is modern, clean and the balconies give a nice view of the stadium. It is perfect if you’re planning to visit Wembley stadium as it’s only short walk away. The secure gated car park was a bonus for us too. The hosts couldn’t have been any better. They are super friendly, response times are quick and they ensure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would book again!

Amazing location, friendly host, beautiful home.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Great place to stay if you have an event at Wembley Stadium planned. The condo is a 15 minute walk from the underground station (Wembley Park) and about a 20 min walk to the Wembley Stadium and OVO Arena. Not much in terms of restaurants too close by, but we didn't mind catching a train into central London for that. There is a Lidl grocery store right in front of the condo, so that was super convenient for quick breakfast items we could make. Kitchen is fully stocked, there are two king size beds (not American size) and two bathrooms (which was important for us, as we had 3 people in our party), and basic bathroom necessities were provided like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. For those who need it, there is a washer for your clothes and an iron. I would stay again for sure.

Loved staying at this place on Abbey Road — it’s full of British charm and character. The vibe is classic and cozy, making it a really special spot for a London trip. The hosts were amazing! Super responsive and had a positive vibes! Made the whole trip seamless. I would 100 % recommend this to anyone who loves a nice relaxing getaway to London.

3 nights spent in this friendly little accommodation. Very clean accommodation with everything you need (especially kitchen area)! The beds are good. Small downside about the small bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Metro station (Jubilee line) nearby and it's easy to get to central London = 20/25 minutes for example to go to Westminster stop (Big Ben). It's really very easy! Restaurants nearby (including a good Italian). Good value in my opinion. Allan is charming and has always been responsive to our questions. We could come back without hesitation!

Beautiful place to stay. Good access links to local area. Zen garden a perfect spot. Had everything we needed. The communication was brilliant and the hosts super helpful. Would high recommend and hope to return

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

Michelle’s place was very comfortable to stay at. She’s got everything one could possibly need, from travel adaptors to umbrellas. Little children will not get bored by lots of games that have been offered. She was also extremely friendly and kind. Thank you!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at this Airbnb! The magical location, excellent communication with the host, and the apartment's cozy feel exceeded my expectations. The generous stocking of the kitchen with olive oil, pasta, spices, and high-quality teas was a delightful surprise. Being able to cook instead of relying on expensive restaurants made our stay even better and saved us money. Overall, this Airbnb truly felt like home, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable getaway.

The house was clean and nice, I would recommend this accomodation if you want to travel to London city center. only 30+ mins from the city via public transport.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

I had a lovely stay at Zea's place. The flat is exactly as described and as in the photos on the listing. The flat is perfect for a longer stay with a full kitchen and laundry, along with space to relax or work. The private entry makes it easy to come and go without disturbing the hosts. The location on a residential street is quiet and private. It's a quick walk to the Tube station to get to central London. A supermarket, pharmacy, other stores and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, as is Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath. Zea is easy to reach and responds quickly. She left a welcome basket of fruit and a jar of her homemade marmalade, which was delicious! I felt at home, and will definitely look to see if Zea's flat is available the next time I visit London!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Great stay! Responsive host and amazing location. Very spacious as well. Only feedback is - utensils had very bad scratches all over them. When mentioned the host was nice enough to get us 2 new pans. Unwashed utensils as well. Would suggest to change the utensils in the kitchen.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Stunning property with a beautiful backyard with grass. Great location with plenty of walking option. Right next to the heath (0.4miles).Multiple grocery stores nearby. Hampstead underground has the northern line that we used to go to central areas. Very friendly host who went above and beyond to welcome us. Some special touches like the welcome package and wine were highly admirable. We had a very enjoyable holiday with our two dogs. We will certainly stay again if we have the opportunity! We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. A short walk to the Golders Green station to catch the northern line. The Northern Line was so perfect for getting around easy to see all the sights in London. A great little grocery store within walking distance. The flat was spotless and so well taken care of. Ben gave clear instructions on how to check in and all the other info we needed. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The beds were clean and comfortable, and having Netflix available for guests was a nice touch. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a shower, which was great. However, there was no lock on the bathroom door, and the hot water was a bit difficult to adjust — likely due to a gas heating system. Also, the heat/smoke alarm was quite sensitive and went off easily, even with normal cooking, which could be a bit disruptive. Despite these small issues, the property was cozy, well-located, and had everything we needed. We’d be happy to stay again!
