Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

In large and lovely family house, 2 adults, 2 children: 16 and 20 years old (one at university) plus Casper, the most elegant cat in London, and Charlie our lovely dog. Located in Herne Hill, zone 2, near central London, only a 10 mins train journey to Victoria or 15 mins train journey to London Bridge). Great travel links into the city. Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. NB Please note that booking is not advised for those who find stairs difficult or who are wheelchair users.

I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays.
