Great host! She and her son live in the home, and both were very welcoming. She is incredibly friendly and passionate about gardening—she’s creating a beautiful garden in the backyard. The room is on the first floor with a bathroom conveniently located nearby. There’s also a direct bus from Heathrow Airport (No. 105) to the house, which takes about an hour. Highly recommended

Kuldip was the gate to greet us even though our flight was delayed and we reached late at night. She even had cookies/biscuits and milk waiting for us. Her communication throughout the process was excellent. The accommodation is a separate detached building in the backyard of her home, so we knew we were safe. And yet we had totally privacy. I liked the fact that the washer and dryer were kept outside the suite but within the gated backyard. In fact, of all the places we stayed in UK during our trip, this was the only one with a separate washer and a dryer. This was our family's first time in UK, so we were concerned about the local commute. Thanks to the internet and the excellent transportation system, we were able to move around pretty easily using bus and train to get us from Hayes to other parts of England, not just London. The accommodation is good for a family of 4 or 5 or really close friends! I would enjoy staying there if I were to return.

I stayed here for one night for my early flight from Heathrow Airport. Firstly, the location was perfect, took me 1-2 minute drive to get to Purple Parking Heathrow, which I always use. The property was easy to enter and parking on street was not a problem as it was free. The room I had, double room, was up to a high standard of cleanliness, clean bedding and linen along with amenities such as kettle, sachets of coffee and water. The only thing I would suggest if to maybe have teabags in the room too as some of us only like tea 😊 The bathroom was squeaky clean with products to use if you forgot to bring some. The host was very responsive to my messages (I asked a couple of stupid questions 😅 but she got back to me in a very timely manner!) Overall, I would highly recommend to stay here, I would definitely come back, thank you!

This was our second stay at Milena’s home. She remembered us from our previous visit and as before she was so welcoming and accommodating. We had come to visit London to see our daughter and it was also my birthday, Milena kindly left me a card and a box of chocolate brazils…my absolute favourite!! The apartment is comfortable, spotlessly clean and private. An easy walk to the nearby underground station, fantastic transport links into London on both the tube and by bus. I would definitely recommend booking here, you will not be disappointed. We home to come back soon.

We have wonderful stay at Vali's place. The beds are comfortable and the place is quiet, neat, and relaxing. Vali is friendly and helpful. We are satisfied with our stay at Saxon lodge.

The room is compact but clean. The bed is very comfortable. The host was very accommodating as we didn’t check in until very late. He had to wait for us and open the private back gate for us. A 20 minute walk gets you to the bus stop.

Both Elisabeth and her husband Terry was very kind nice, lovely! they were very helpful, i felt free both being alone or to have a nice chat, i felt absolutly safe as a women on my own even though i could not lock the "door" to the loft (the chepest room). The loft have a very nice bed window desk chair even wardrobe and hangers for your clothes, tv. nice kitchen and bathroom. nice and quiet in the night. you better not have troubles with little bit of stairs as there is two of them (plus the ladder for the shepest room, the loft), but they are very helpful with your bag when u check in and out. you travel at zon 5, so the tube is a bit more expensive if you want to go to zon 1 and 2 (about 15€ per day). if you stay at least 1 week make sure you buy the 7 days-card on your oyster, so you save som money. I had one of my days just walking in the area very nice dogs people and a park, plus one place almost like a forest to walk around. they have also resturants and shops close by.

we chose Oakwood because of proximity of Heathrow but we actually spent more time in other areas than planned. We had difficulty getting back when underground routes were cancelled. Definitely not hosts fault but something to be mindful of if you are new to Underground system. A couple if stops closer to London would have been more convenient. Local food was great. Pub next door was very convenient. Great to have our own bathroom too.
